A note originally published by the group Cuba Against Animal Mistreatment and reproduced later by the CEDA platform (Cubans in Defense of Animals) has denounced the atrocious zoosadist practices of the Cuban Rubén Marrero Pernas (29 years old).

Preface for people who didn't following the megathread.
After the Zoosadist leaks, pretty much everyone within the group was outed and doxxxxed. Snake Thing being one of them, by the real name of Levi Dane Simmons, is arrested.

Only one person by the name Woof wasn't outed. Information was extremely scarce, and he was by far the worse. Examples include shoving a wooden post laced in honey covered with fireants into a puppy. There's many more.

The only information at that time was some ice cream photos, featuring table cloth and cutlery. People in the Zoosadist megathread pieced together various flavours of autism and started to openly gather information. The autism includes logging fucking plants, cutlery, fire ants, they attempted all this in Florida. One should never openly engage in these doxxxing ops. It gives the offender time to cleanse stuff on the net.

Eventually some people doxxxxed the table cloth/mat whatever. It was from Havana, Cuba. It all ended there on the forum of course. Some furry also sent a photo allegedly of him with his dog. However it was not possible to link said person in the photo to Woof, information was scarce. People also thought he was in the military but then he wore camo of another country which is considered treasonous... yadayada all ended there.

So what led to this sick fuck getting outed?

Shorter version:
1. Slimeball92A found photos of Rubén Marrero Pernas attending a seminar organised by an animal rights group in Cuba. Also photo of the person holding the abused puppy in one of the leaks was found. Slimeball92A sat on the information.
2. Slimeball92A got into contact with various rights groups.
3. Taking a photo of the adopter holding the animal is a standard procedure.
4. RMP tried to weasel out of the process, luckily failed.
5. RMP started to skip working, he knew people were looking into him, he was aware.
6. News sites and FB groups started reporting on him. RMP arrested. Dog remains found in his yard. He recorded abuse footage at his grandparent's place, police got hold of the footage. RMP fired from job.
7. Zoonosis confiscated his dogs. Zoonosis is an animal control division, basically people who capture stray animals and send them to an Auschwitz-like facility. No swimming pools though.
8. His dogs were rescued from Zoonosis, and hopefully they will be adopted by loving owners.

Note: He was never in the military. He failed psychiatry tests, lol.

To summarise everything:

5. There are members of the organisation who worked with him. He started to not show up for work as his Woof identity was being revealed. He was reallocated to another facility.
6. Information unfolded and various small facebook Cuban news pages and animal rights groups reported on the man, outing him, doxxxing him. The police took action and arrested the guy, he was also subsequently fired from his governmental job. Dog remains were found buried in his yard, he took the abuse videos at grandparent's place. They went there and found footage, which is existential evidence connecting the sick fuck to Woof.
Unlike the fake bastardised "communist system" of China, almost everyone in Cuba works for the government. This is a death sentence in of itself. He's unemployable and the entire nation knows his existence.
7. Zoonosis confiscated his 2 dogs, and then the 2 dogs were rescued from Zoonosis to be reallocated to what hopefully are good responsible owners. Zoonosis is an "Animal Control Sector" of the nation. The name should explain itself. China has similar facilities dealing with stray animals, during the Olympics, many stray animals were pretty much shoved in furnaces. Stray animals are sent to an animal Treblinka (annihilation camp).

I found photos of Woof attending a CEDA organized seminar. In return of the existing info logs videos and photos, I got the photo of Woof with the puppy, which was the only evidence connecting him to the mutilation photos.
