Just wanted to say, part of why I joined KF is specifically because I lurked here a fair bit for a few months (IIRC I looked up "Alice what's-er-face from GOMI is a cunt" and this place popped up).

Glad I joined, thanks for the welcome. What's struck me is that, between users there's actually a lot of respectful dialogue, even if it's along the lines of "I disagree but respect your right to do so". Makes for a refreshing change. <3

Cosplay community thread. Ive seen a ridiculous amount of backstabbing, cancel culture, photographers outed for being gropy and exploitive*, cosplayers outed for being gropy and exploitive*, money stolen, the list goes on.

*proof of claims are questionable and not always true, it may just come down to x person did not like y for whatever shallow reason and made wild claims; ie: I’ve known a photographer that was called out for being “creepy” when in truth the cosplayer who called him out didn’t like that the photographer and his family are religious.

I don’t think this subforum has any dedicated mods anymore. At the bottom of the page of each thread there’s a Talk To Staff link, click that and it’ll take you to a page where you can post/link whatever issue it is, or click report on individual posts and put the reason for reporting in the box that pops up.
