I think that what really is depressing is that she isn't ugly. If she didn't weight the same as a rhino she wouldn't look bad at all and could actually have had a real job as a model for some fragance or lingerie advertisiment. You can imagine clearly what she would look like if she had a normal body.
Tess Holliday is someone who would have been a pretty girl if she wasn’t fat (not a model because she is still way too short, but pretty). Anna has this weird long, somewhat masculine fishface where the corners of her jaw make it look squarish. I feel like she’d look like Lena Dunham or Pixyteri if she were thinner.
I tried looking up again at the pictures but now i'm only more confused. I wish I had any photoshop skills that were decent enough so I could see how she would look like if she had the weight of a normal person and not one of a wrecking ball.

I've known people who had a gastric bypass done and it took them a LONG time before they could eat anything at all other than liquids. He was also rapidly evacuating everything in his system, so to speak, and for a long time after the surgery. I do suspect it was because he was doing the same thing this lady is doing and eating things he wasn't supposed to. Even if her staples don't pop she's gonna make herself siiiiick.
But it's not because she is fat! Lymphedema is genetic, guys! She's have legs like sequoia trunks even if she weighed 110 lbs. (She has said this in the past.)
