I assumed her appeal is similar to to Milo's in that she's a conservative that doesn't typically fit into conservative demographics, just replace "gay dude" with "young Jewish princess". The difference is that Milo actually had a bit of charisma about him, Loomer is just kinda a harpy. She reminds me of an old Jewish mom who would go off about politics after a bit too much wine, the only difference is she knows what Twitter is.

Milo also got big through his Gamergate era posts and helped draw attention to Breitbart. Milo eventually became irrelevant when GamerGate did as well but at his peak he had tons of followers and was able to draw people in via his edgy shitposty "gay republican anti-SJW" persona that other republicans tried to emulate poorly.

On the other hand literally nobody heard of Laura Loomer until she got mocked for the tire posts and got arrested in a theater. Then she fell into obscurity until she was Twitter banned and chimped out in probably the funniest meltdown one could have over being banned from social media. Even the bigger names who got banned from mainstream social media and milked the shit out of it didn't do something this exceptional. They had enough pull to the point where they could set up shop literally anywhere else and draw some of the same crowd.
