1) that’s dangerous as fuck. What if someone came by and tried to hurt her? Or the Twitter building started on fire? (She probably kept the key handy but ya never know. She is an adult who is chaining herself to a door in hopes other adults listen to her...)
2) she does not looked prepared enough to be there for hours. She had no food/water/blankets/etc. so I know she was cut off after a bit. But she was not prepared to live out her bluff and everyone could see that.

How’d she assume this would work? The CEO of twitter isn’t the one who banned her or even is the one who will unban her. He could probably pull a few strings but this shit is so below him he don’t give a fuck.

You might not like the ideas, but there is literally no platform on the planet that is more effective for spreading information. No radio wave, cable network or ad platform is as valuable as twitter. Companies have started intentionally crippling their websites to force people onto a handful of social media sites to create "engagement" - like it or not, twitter is where the action is you're in the media. It's really hard to win the war when you aren't even able to get the battlefield.

I just think it's important to not think of twitter as some trivial little blog site or that getting banned from it is like getting banned from gamefaqs or something. It's big money. It's not a coincidence that Alex Jones' name vanished from the media two weeks after getting banned from like, 4 websites and two payment processors.
