Also I see she's failed to get how companies work. While yes technically youtube could have a EU version complying with article 13 and a USA version using Fair Use etc, that's too expensive and time consuming for anybody to bother with. So to save time, youtube et al will just be ALL EU compliant. Why? Because as I heard someone point out today (on a completely unrelated issue), the EU is a large market almost competitive with the US so it has the econ power to throw around here meaning youtube etc couldn't just cut them off and service only north america.

The show has only just started, yes. The first season mostly introduced all the important characters, but the Big Bad Evil Guy hasn't gotten personally involved yet, so most of the actual plot is still about to happen. As is any of the romance between any of the main characters.
And to shed some light on the issue: Lily has repeatedly stated that she thinks Romance Arcs are stupid and boring and it's better to just jump straight into the relationship and go from there.
But seeing as how Lily is also a person who literally send her girlfriend a marriage proposal over Skype instead of proposing in person, I think her stance on that relates more to her own issues than any actual qualified opinion on the subject. Like it usually does.
