I think it's for posts that pose some sort of question.

No, it's more of a semi-sarcastic and/or ironic (or possibly even straight up) "things that make you go 'hmmmmm' " kinda dealy. At least that's what I use it for.

*edit* And what @PsychoNerd054 said too. It's got a pretty broad range of usefulness, one of the better ratings.

I might like to see a 'damn funny' or 'lulzy' or something for posts that crack a real good joke or post a real good shoop. Right now pretty much everyone uses 'winner' for this but that's got a pretty broad range of uses for it already also.

I also like to use the Thoughtful rating for posts where a user asks a rather stupid and awkward question, or one's where they ask a question with a fairly obvious answer.

It's weird, because you click on 'thoughtful' but you get 'thunkful'. So I use it for both 'things that make you go hmmm' and 'things that are stupid or obvious'.

If ratings were an exact science, it would bug me. But they're not, so who cares.

It gets deeper when people start using ratings sarcastically and ironically. I love rating speds as winner.

I think that would provide a lot of comedy for the forums.
Already having Islamic Content as a rating makes it so 'Jewish Content' is less funny.
The Occasional-Cortex thread about her claiming to have descent doesn't really make it Jewish content because it's obviously a stretched truth. Having it be a nose emoji when she made the announcement right around Hanukkah? Now that sure is a coincidence.

The humor of the "Islamic content" is that it's being used in ways where Islam is otherwise irrelevant--often as "horrifying" for people that don't have access to that rating, but usually things like bestiality, pedophilia, etc. Jewish content is another thing altogether.

It tells the same joke twice, and I don't understand the humor value of having a rating solely to point out "this is Jewish!!!" for things involving money.
It's inherently less funny to have a second "X content" rating that's used unironically because "Islamic Content" exists.

Oh, and in that case we need a "Nordic Content" double thunderbolt icon for disussions that relate to the tales of Thor (or Thunor, if you're of the Germanic persuasion) the Norse pantheon and all such ubermench-related discussions while we're at it!!
