I like that she started using other colors aside to yellow and purple, but I dont like that she went overboard lowering the saturation; the panels look like they had been washed with sun triple clean or chlorine water.

Floraverse was never a good comic, but this arc has been one of the most tedious ones.

Spoiler: Sperging about PK and her group

The group dynamic where she lived was
- A guy that had a fetish for children pornography that actually tried to act on it, but that (like a lot of pedophiles) tried to keep enough privacy that would make difficult catching him, that knew how to do things at home (Cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc).
- A doormat that has knows programming that left a good job for no reason, but whose place in the group was basically playing violin behind the other two, with a fetish for children having sex with animals.
- A promising artist with awful personality whose popularity got into her head, that decided to trade a great future if she kept working and improving for mediocrity, that has a fetish for children discovering their sexuality.

That dynamic changed after the divorce (apparently), but the awful attitude that she's been cultivating since even before we knew about her only buries herself even more in the hole where she is. I can't say that it bothers me; quite the opposite, I find it funny. The reason why PK hates us, unlike other lolcows that hate us just because we "bully" them (your mileage may vary), is because we don't accept said shitty behavior and we don't fear criticizing her, unlike her fans, and her mind can't fathom the thought of being wrong and having to accept that the strangers that criticize her may be right and correct.

The cherry on top of the cake is that even if PK decided one day to go out of her usual attitude and write "I want to apologize to x for y, I was younger and stupid and I was too proud to accept I was wrong, but I know I'm wrong. I'll try to change from now on".... ok, no, that's physically impossible to her. More realistically, if she decided to write some sort of half assed apology (even one that addressed the sexual abuse that their victims suffered), it would still come out as very insincere; Everybody would feel it like a random action to calm her critics and let her "work in peace", but not because she really feels sorry for anything. Because she really doesn't feel sorry for anything and that also would be way too different to her normal personality. It would be like believing that Chris one day will act like a normal competent person all by herself.

Seriously, it's like everything she's saying applies to her and she hasn't got the self-awareness to realize it. "Let's say you got made fun of for your emotions," she says, after pages of humiliating someone for not expressing their emotions the way she wants. Maybe the horse has been shamed out of expressing his "true emotions" in the past or whatever, but if that's the case - 1. screaming at and insulting someone is about the worst way of helping someone out of this, and 2. the readers are given zero prior indication that this could be the case, or that papaya would be able to somehow know that it's the case unless she's some sort of mind reader, so either she has no idea how to interact with other people or it's shitty writing or both. Equally ironic is accusing someone of making other people walk on eggshells right after screeching at them over writing an unsatisfactory description for some random-ass christmas tree figurine.

Best case scenario, horse points out all of this - his mental dialogue a few pages back already implied he knows she's full of shit on some level - but we all know "never been wrong" Melanie's incapable of writing her self-insert as an abusive hypocritical asshole intentionally so that's not gonna happen.

Hey Glip, since we all know you or your cohorts check here for witty ideas for updates, some advice: comics that update a page at a time or similarly should keep dialogue snappy and concise to maintain the interest and momentum between scenes. There needs to be a tangible feeling of moving forward instead of this useless meandering; If you have to wait days or weeks or months for more, your tolerance for 30 pages of the same goddamn content with the same overall take away becomes zero. Watching Papaya and Quill have this repetitive stupid argument for 3 years is piss boring.

Especially because nothing about this feels important to ANYONE. It doesn't matter if the amiibos become crucial later on if, in this moment, this scene feels pointless and mind numbing and it drags on for ages.

Honestly the game is pretty short once you finish the main storyline so unless Eevee is really into grinding or shiny hunting I can't imagine there'd be much to sustain constant and undivided interest for too long discounting things like daily events. I'd say 'unless Eevee is working with any community project involving the game or its data' but let's be honest, nobody wants or needs Eevee's help at this point.
