Phil going to do a 'podcast' around Christmas, him and Kat sat on the loveseat on Christmas Eve. How exciting to watch Kat look like a captive trying to blink her help plea.

Also he didn't want to include a tips / bits goal on screen because he's worried it'll look like a telethon. Instead he constantly rattles his can at the beginning and during the stream complaining about low donations and 'interactivity' which is much more professional (?).

Edit: Phil is going to do another 'retrospective' for a subs goal. Patrons nominate except people in the stream can also nominate so what's the point of paying him in the first place.

Phil got baited by minimum cheer questions again

2018-12-01 (2).png

He didn't answer the question directly, instead he claimed:

"I am SORRY to say that I am a 30+ year old MAN and I have MUCH BETTER reaction time than most of the gaming journalist, yes I do, ya. All those years of street fighters helped to train my reaction well"

That sure explainied why he did SO WELL in all of the driving and fighting games in which he ragequit most of them because of his inept reactions huh?

Chat is not impressed

Second question came in...........

Phil speed-read the cheer :
" Ummm, Would I? Maybe. What language? I don't know, I don't care" *Wet Snoooort*

Chat again not impressed and thought he was rude to the cheerer, but again when was he not rude to contributors?

Anyways, chat seems all in favor of him learning Dutch, I WONDER WHY, definitely has nothing to do with the brownies and escort right?

Timestamp: 21:03 in case it doesn't work if you're on mobile or whatever.

I fucking laughed at that quote. The video I linked (and there's a lot of moments like that sprinkled throughout) perfectly highlights just how amazingly bad his reactions are. The SW game makes it easy as fuck to determine if they're friend or foe: Stormtroopers are White/Gray and Rebellion is Red/Brown. There's no excuse.

If I recall correctly, Mrs. Waggins dropped a fairly substantial tip earlier this year which wowed the chat for a few minutes until she was cucked by someone else (infinite55?) whom dropped a larger tip. Waggins was noticeably butthurt by this and promised to really wow the chat with a much larger tip on Christmas. But then came along Tut who preemptively cucked Waggins yet again with insane amounts in tips, cheers, and subs.

I didn't know the pay pigs competed with each other to see who could drop the biggest dollar.

In answering a cheer, DSP said he's better at games than most game journalists. Yes, he actually did.

Full quote + clip:

"Dude, I'm 30+ years old and I don't have the best reaction time, but I hate to say it, but I'm better at games than most gaming journalists. I'm sorry, I just think that the people who they get for this stuff aren't, like, lifelong gamers, or they're people who like games but they don't necessarily play them hardcore to the point where they shouldn't even be rating them. I never played a game and took it seriously until I started doing Youtube. And I've been doing this for ten years, so why is it that I'm better than them? It doesn't even make sense. Like, you would think that if you're writing about something you have some kind of expertise in it - they don't. That's what gets me about game journalists in the modern era."

So Phil went to the bank to refinance the wakahndo in attempt to get himself out of the hole he’s dug himself into. He got laughed out of the bank, but found someone who is willing to work with him. What are the odds he waddled into some predatory lender’s office and about is to fuck himself over even worse if he succeeds in getting the refinancing he so desires? Could it be that sleazy mortgage arm of Wells Fargo he worked for so many moons ago?

I'm gonna need a little more info here. Like a few days ago, he was saying he hoped he could hold out long enough to get enough history or whatever to try and refinance. Is he now claiming he actually found someone to do the refinance?

I'm going to assume he's adding on to the journalist part because they were the ones who gave this game low scores saying it was too hard for them. I'm watching him now and he's playing on normal and was still bitching early on. Of course this game has some pseudo rpg elements to the point where it gets easier the longer you play.

This is Dark Souls all over again except with a difficulty slider. Just have a dozens of ways to crutch yourself through the game. Phil gets so giddy when he wins at the game on such an easier difficulty. He never challenges himself.

Edit: Game I'm talking about is Darksiders 3.

During the Thanksgiving stream he said he went to the bank and they told him no, but he found a place that was willing to work with him. But he needed two years of income tax history. He’s waiting on his 2018 taxes so he can take them with his 2017 taxes and get approval. I’m guessing 2016 wasn’t good enough for some reason. Possibly 2017 was a worse year than 2016, that’s why they wouldn’t accept it, or he doesn’t want to show how much less he made in 2017 vs ‘16.

Just before we enter the new month, when Phil desperately trying to beg people to pledge $5 for nominating and voting on his Xmas marathon (which he may or may not play depend on how he feels)...............................

2018-12-01-1-png.605025

(*Drum roll*)

Sometimes, one can only take a bow to this piece of shit. "...and get the ability to nominate and vote on games..." does in fact not mean that he will (or has to) respect the votes, as he only granted the power to nominate and vote. He did not state that the outcome of the vote will (or has to) be respected by him and if you thought so, then you are probably a child and don't know what voting means. DarkSydeShill, the ultimate con artist. Real talk.

I'm honestly not convinced he will. He's been ragging on Phil pretty hard and frankly seems pretty tired of Phil shitting all over every single game. In particular, Swagginz has expressed enjoyment of a number of games he's played himself (all in chat) that Phil crapped on because he couldn't be bothered to understand basic mechanics and gameplay.

Two KHANDO mortgages will do that. I feel like Phil's known expenses easily top $5k a month, and then you add on his food and debt payments and the taxes he's supposed to be taking out....he ought to be able to live well, but he's done too many dumb things.

Honestly, the h3h3 lawsuit cleared up a big chunk of it. I'm not a lawyer, but the judge appears to rule that you can use portions of someone else's video in your own video as long as you're not 1) just playing the entire video (even if you talk over it) and 2) are using the video for a critique or commentary or whatever. Basically, a TIHYDP video that edits Phil's stuff down and provides criticism would almost certainly be fine. The people who used to (and still do?) simply re-upload Phil's stream and flip it over or voice-change it or whatever are probably actually doing illegal stuff.

It was large cheers. I think Swagginz put up $300, and then Austmink put up like $500 a day or two later. Looking at my stuff, it looks like it was July 3rd for Swagginz and July 5th for austmink.

I think it's important to distinguish between "illegal" in the criminal sense, and "in violation of DMCA" which is not "illegal" as most people understand it, but is instead an action vulnerable to civil litigation.

There is no CRIME in rebroadcasting a flipped stream.

I'm going to assume he's adding on to the journalist part because they were the ones who gave this game low scores.....

Edit: Game I'm talking about is Darksiders 3.

In typical D$P fashion, the 'low score' was a 3.5 out of 5 not 10, out of 5 placing the score within the range of all others scores given.

In other news, D$P announced that the December Sub goal is for a return to his 10 year retrospective. The Goal number, however, will be announced at a later date. In true D$P fashion, he took the incentive to pledge to his Pay-me-tons by mentioning that while if the goal is met, folks who pledge $5+ will be sugesting videos to be watched.....as well as folks IN the chat the day of the 'event'. So, pledge $5+ or wait until the event and suggest videos for free in the chat. GG D$P, GG.

Huh, can't wait to hear about he's getting fucked by his new debt payments from the refi provided by "100% Authentic and Definitely Not Usurious Mortgage Refinance, Tire Shop, and Laundromat".

So, pledge $5+ or wait until the event and suggest videos for free in the chat. GG D$P, GG.

So is he offering any incentive to Patrons? Like a certain number of video recommendations guaranteed through Patreon or something? Or is he seriously so fucking stupid he's essentially saying "pay me $5 now for a chance or wait till the day and pretty much guarantee it for 100 bits."?

"Thanks for the money, dummy"

And to preempt any Patreon comments (saw a few on Twitter), yes, Phil's public amount has dropped and he's "lost" some Patrons, but remember that it's the start of the month, so it's probably just charges being declined like always. He's already had $60+ in pledge increases and new pledges:

Final money line is: 559.12
Total increases during the month is: 66.30
Final total is: $ 625.42
