Chris continues the thread, being noticeably less autistic:
SEGASister doesn't like people misgendering Chris:
One of the few things I find legitimately somewhat interesting about Chris, aside from his consistent ability to embarrass himself on the internet, is the mystery of his critical thinking. As in, what were the if-then statements he makes in his mind before he makes a decision or statement.
I generally understand what Chris is going for when he tries to say, in his mind, meaningful things. I don't think he has a very complicated or convoluted thought process, mostly due to him being very dumb.
In this particular instance, Chris is talking about Fluttershy in the context of the entire series, rather than addressing the specific episode SEGASister is referencing. I think he saw the tweet, couldn't imagine there being context, and just went for a holistic approach. Chris apparently believes that Fluttershy was driven by the desire to be important (I don't know anything about MLP, but it seems to mirror Chris' own desire), and referenced an episode where Fluttershy fulfills that desire. I think Chris was assuming that he and SEGASister were already in agreement about what Fluttershy wanted from the
beginning of the series.
It seems like Chris saying that his statement is
also applicable to the series as a whole is Chris saying that he means his statement
is applicable to the series as a whole. It's garbled through autism and his propensity to add more words into every sentence, but I think that's the gist of it.
Which, again, brings up the point... why does Chris assume he HAS to tweet an answer? He could have just answered the poll and been done with it.
This is kind of just the behavior of most Twitter users. Three other speds commented on the same tweet, and SEGASister specifically asked for people to elaborate.
