So, after he beat Spryo 3 he restarted his stream to finish playing Darksiders 3.
He did a mini prestream for Darksiders 3, which was only supposed to be around 10 minutes but ended up being ~30 minutes because an update for Darksiders 3 went live as he was about to start the game.
Some notable moments:
Two observations I had:
1. If you're overdrawing on your bank account multiple months in a row, then you're just not making enough money and need to redo your monthly budgeting. It's not an issue of when your earnings are deposited into your account, making sure that there's always money to cover your recurring bills is just part of responsible budgeting.
2. Phil makes his own work schedule and has a flexibility in his work hours that almost everybody would envy. He can easily schedule doing Daily Errands into his "workday" and spend his day offline chilling out, but he chooses to rush around doing everything in one day and tire out his atrophied body. Like almost every other thing that he bitches and moans about: it's a situation that he created and has the power to improve, but is too dumb and lazy to bother.

Ellipses asked when the Shenmue 2 playthrough will start "Sadly, we're not going to be doing Shenmue 2. The reason being, I found out Shenmue 2 is on average about 40 - 60 hours long, and as you guys know I just finished up THREE FUCKING GAME PLAYTHROUGHS that were insanely long! There's no way I can do another 60 hour playthrough now!" Also, he doesn't want the Shenmue 2 playthrough to conflict with Kingdom Hearts 3 in January. Says that Shenmue 2 playthrough might happen in Spring or early Summer.

Discussion about Homeowners Associations and what they do, leads to a question regarding the fire at the building where his Connecticut Condo is "Android says, 'People are stupid, they don't understand how Homeowners Association work. I read on Twitter, people actually think you had to pay to fix the roof on your Connecticut Condo yourself.' No, they're morons! *barking laugh*"
Confirms that the fire that happened at the building where his Connecticut condo is, happened on the other side of the building from where his condo is and he was not affected by it at all.

Question about whether his parents are considered elderly "Yeah, 60 is elderly, guys! I hate to tell you. When you're in your 60s, is when health issues start to creep up. That's really the issue here, my parents are getting older and starting to get health issues and stuff. And it sucks, because originally when I moved out here to Washington, their intention was to visit me every one to two years. But, what ended up happening was, they visited me right away that Christmas of 2014. Then they visited me in June of 2016. They wanted to come visit last year, but my dad hurt his back! And my dad is, like, messed up, to the point where he can't move around the way he used to anymore. He wouldn't even be able to make the flight out here and back."

While he's not wrong. The way he's talking makes it seem like they're on their last legs. Are they dying? Have they been seriously injured in some way? Why might he not get a chance to see them again? This is why he's constantly getting the piss taken out of him. He says some random shit and just leaves it open.
My parents are older than his. Or at least my Dad is in his 70s (I think Darks' Dad is in his 60s ain't he?). While he's slowing down a lot, he's not particularly close to death. No more than anyone else at that age any way. What he's doing with this is so blatant and disgusting. "oh no guise my mommy and daddy might be deded soon!!!! plz send monies so I can see them soon".
Age makes people slower and a little more susceptible to illnesses and disease. No shit sherlock.

So his dad's back is fucked at age 60 and yet he is still working full time while Phil may have hurt his back a decade ago and said "fuck it i'm just gonna sit on a couch the rest of my life." If he ever gets back to Connecticut how is he ever going to look his parents in the eye, especially if he flew there on their dime.

He said in the prestream I summarized that his dad is 60 and his mom is 63. He wasn't 100% sure, but he believes that's how old they.

So during the entire #SaveTheHouse Tax Begging Sage from November 2017 through late June 2018 when he finally put his B&O backtaxes on a credit card he was buying lotto and scratch-off tickets every week? A few days ago I rolled my eyes at the idea that Phil may have some type of process addiction, like a gambling or shopping addiction, when it was reported Tevin said Phil's whole life/financial situation is a high stakes gamble. Now I'm actually entertaining the idea.

Just caught wind about the 4 "fundraisers" during Begcember - the trouble with his plan he has 5 whales and well you can do the math his notion of bleeding whales dry is illogical because the idea of whales having no money deters them or they start to realise I have helped X but I have nothing.
