long ass article, so here are some prime snippets:
The GOP-run amendment puts 300,000 imported Indian temporary workers and 300,000 of their family members on a fast-track to green-cards, Americans’ jobs, citizenship, and the ballot box — but it provides no benefits to middle-class Americans.

Yet the little-known amendment “is very much alive,” a source told Breitbart News.

The amendment is hidden in House’s 2019 draft budget plan for the Department of Homeland Security. Reporters have almost entirely ignored the amendment while they focus on the debate over border-wall funding. In turn, business-friendly GOP staffers and legislators do not see the amendment’s political danger or the public opposition, the source said.

But the Department of Homeland Security has ended its silence on the plan by telling Breitbart News that it opposes the amendment. “It is important that Congress does due diligence on any proposed sweeping change to our immigration system,” a DHS official told Breitbart News. “The bottom line is Congress needs to ensure what they are passing is in the best interests of the American people.”

Trump has given no indication so far that he will oppose the Yoder amendment and, instead, may support it during negotiations to win $5 billion for border wall funding, Krikorian said.

Trump is a businessman, and he supports the use of imported workers, including the H-2B blue-collar workers used by hotels and restaurants, said Krikorian. “The business lobbies know perfectly well Trump has been on their side …. [because] the president has the same view as the business lobbyists. It is a misconception to think he is [an immigration] restrictionist.”

What is Yoder’s amendment?

Yoder’s college grad outsourcing amendment is buried in the 2019 funding bill for the Department of Homeland Security.

The amendment is marketed as a fair-minded fix to “country caps” that advocates say is an unfair flaw in migration law.

But the amendment fix for “country caps” would have many knock-on impacts in the nation’s very complex immigration laws.

The amendment would offer fast-track citizenship to 300,000 Indian college graduate contract workers — as well as 300,000 of their family members. Once they visa workers get green cards, they can compete for white collar jobs nationwide.

The beneficiaries also include 50,000 Chinese visa workers, according to DHS data.

Starting in 2024, the beneficiaries could become citizens and begin voting for politicians who support more immigration into the United States.

Why 600,000 Indians?

The green card waiting room is filled with Indian contract workers because many brand-name U.S. companies have created a huge, complex, profitable, and hidden outsourcing business with Indian companies such as Tata or Cognizant.

The U.S. companies who openly, covertly, and indirectly participate in this labor-trafficking business include Intel, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, and Deloitte. The primary companies’ names are shown here. The number and location of the outsourcing workers can be researched here, and the data about green cards can be researched here.

Overall, the Indian outsourcing business likely keeps about 600,000 Indian college grads in U.S. jobs, including the 300,000 in the work-and-wait line.

Another working population of at least 200,000 former Indian contract workers are now green card holders or American citizens.

The overall population of white-collar outsourcing workers is about 1.5 million. This includes about 650,000 H-1B employees, about 400,000 OPT and CPT employees, about 200,000 L-1 employees, 100,000 H4 EAD workers, as well as additional TN, O-1, J-1, and E-2 workers. This population is almost twice the population of 800,000 American college graduates who earned skilled degrees in 2017.

happy to say the US will finally have as good of curry restaurants as the UK does :P

Trump did say he liked legal immigrants. If these Indians all decide to skip renewing their work visas, become trannies and start traveling around with ogres, then we have a problem.
Took me a while to realise you were talking about that ratking pajeeta, and for a few moments I had this weird ass retelling of Shrek playing in my head where Donkey becomes a tranny hooker illegally living in Lord Farquad's castle

Oh, fuck off. American graduates are having a hard enough time as it is finding employment.

The reason why jobs are being outsourced to Indian immigrants is because Americans have all sorts of crazy ideas like “workers’ rights” and “being paid a livable wage” and “getting days off.” It’s yet another way for corporate assholes to avoid giving American workers the rights they deserve.

I wish there were less focus on illegal Central Americans picking crops and washing dishes, which aren't good paying jobs and never will be, and more on the massive amounts of legal immigrants doing well paid work like this.

But maybe this is a good demographic strategy for the GOP, since most Indians vote Republican...although considering an Indian was such a bad Republican governor he got Louisiana to elect a Democrat in 2016, I'm not sure.

Ya know, I do wonder sometimes if world leaders should just drop the fucking pretence and collectively declare slavery legal again

I mean when you cross the line of "exploit vulnerable masses of people for unethically cheap labour and keep them entrapped in employment for fear of losing what little they have" and target this near exclusively on nigger tier populations, just drop the bullshit justifications and attempts to spin this as some great moral act of benevolence on the people you exploit and fess up to the fact you are ok with having brown people unwillingly bonded to work menial jobs for you until they die solely for your own profit

Oh sure the chains are less obvious these days, but when you as an employer hold ultimate power of "do endless hours of shit for me and accept nothing but bare sustenance and shelter in return or else I destroy your fucking life (by reporting you to ICE and having you dumped in spicland)" you are still holding the goddamn nigger whip no matter how pleasantly you word this coercion, so why not just make it official?

because its offensive
Is it though? Most people and world leaders are more than fine with slavery tier shit producing all their gadget in chinkland or pajeetastan, most people and world leaders gave not a solitary hebrew fuck when niggers killed eachother by the million for diamonds or congo resources to be sent to richer nations, and hell most people and world leaders are now happily ignoring multiple genocides happening right this minute because they cant be arsed to even think about them.

Plus I believe the past few years have shown that any media opposition to such a proposal will be hilariously non existent should their political owners declare that slavery is good, and indeed will defend it and claim all who oppose it are simply bigoted manbabies angry that people of colour have steady employment

Holy shit, yes. Decades ago, Western workers fought for their rights with blood, sweat, and tears. Sometimes it even ended in death (never forget that time a mining company and the fucking Colorado National Guard massacred a bunch of miners and their families for the crime of striking against the awful conditions they worked in). The rights American workers have now (as inadequate as they are compared to other Western nations) were won by years of intense effort and struggle. And corporations just love to undermine that by outsourcing to shitty countries that haven’t given workers their rights yet.

I understand that companies exist to make a profit, but if you make millions/billions a year and your executives are millionaires, go fuck yourself. You can afford to pay Americans (and immigrants, for that matter) the wages they deserve for their labor.

Wait, what? AFAIK, most Indians vote Democrat and helped turn Silicon Valley into the libtard hellhole it is today.

Jindal and Pai are corns in the designated shit.

Let me guess, no Americans want to do these jobs either.
Oh, please. H1B visas are not for jobs that can be filled by rando illegals waiting at Home Depot.

H1B is when you take a job an American works for 80k after being educated for 4 years and replace them with 3 Pajeet's, each working for 20k. The service as a whole suffers but fuck the customers they don't have a choice anyway.
