I forgot gin.

DSP is probably drinking at least a $20 bottle of gin a week. So there's $1,040 a year that could go to his taxes. $6,211.75 per year he could be saving toward his taxes, 39% of what he needs, if he'd give up luxuries.

Total Wine says a handle of Tanq runs 28.99 at their store closest to Renton. I don’t believe DSP is only drinking a fifth of the devil’s juice a week. Dude is sipping at least a half-gallon a week, maybe more.

I think he needs to whip up some horse-cock strap-on pegging levels of drama fast if he wants to get significant donations. I don't think he realizes quite how much money people gave him last year because the Bronsgeests were loudly and publicly fucking with him while he squirmed around looking like a liar and begged for money like a worm on a hook.

He had a moment of clarity last night when he recognized that he receives the majority of donations during the pre-stream, and then people tune-out, but he was just trying to guilt the people still there for not giving him money. He needs to up the production values and come up with something. Have Catherine start screaming verbal abuse at him mid-stream randomly, a 'Trouble in Paradise/Holiday Relationship breakdown' arc plus a crying on-stream(*Turns off face-cam* I'm naht crying, it's my allergies. Mods, ban anyone who 's making fun of my Post-Nasal Drip *Sob**Sob**Sob*) depression arc could be drawn out until early February, and then you could have a sappy 'Valentine's Day Anniversary Make-up' arc that would carry you through the spring and into tax begging.

If all the writers can come up with is a 'DSP continues to be the same delusional, asshole, alcoholic while nothing happens' arc fans are going to tune the fuck out.

Don't forget the CT condo he's not renting. He stated before that $500-$800 a month "wasn't worth it". I bet that $6000-$9600 a year would be worth it now that he needs to come up with $16k, huh?

What is the connection between thinking about 'holiday stuff' and contributing $$ to him????

"Holiday stuff" = Christmas = Season of Giving = GIVE ME MONEY, YOU NUDNIKS. MUH HOUSE.

Phil has a business degree for a reason, okay? *SNORT*

I reckon he's not at any immediate risk of a ban because as far as I recall infractions like the two he accumulated a good while back are only strikes against him for 3 months. So he's in the clear again. If the time limit held on these is longer someone can feel free to correct me. I know it's far-fetched anyways but I've admitted before I'm a bit of a fantasist with him and always entertain the idea he's a bit smarter and craftier than we give him credit for. I mean he's a moron of course.. compounded even more by the fact he really believes he's real smart but in reality he only has to be smarter than the goons who support him to get by.

He's had a habit over time of going after PDP and now its Ninja. He aims for the top guys because there really isn't a negative effect in any obvious terms that he can imagine. Either they won't bat an eyelid or if they do he'll create bullshit drama out of it for himself. PDP using a 5 second clip of him for the onion man joke resulted in 20+ minutes of DSP frothing at the mouth over it and how he's never done anything to provoke him at all. It's plain as day he's talking complete garbage but again he only has to convince the genuine fans of the DSP underdog story that he gets picked on by the big bad popular streamers for the 700th time. If a streamer calls him out that's just the possibility he might draw in a handful of new people.. even if they're only there to laugh at him.

It's easy to get carried away and believe he's the dumbest motherfucker on the planet. Just remember the counterpoint to any supposed involuntary depression laced bitchfit he has. When he's on a twitch bounty or has twitch staff peeking in on him this guy doesn't even snort at all. Something he claims he can't stop doing. He exhibits full control of himself and proves 100% he can behave when money is on the line. By that measure he can misbehave for it as well if he thinks it could actually work out in the form of a pig pity party.

Any hateful conduct is considered a zero-tolerance violation and all accounts associated with such conduct will be indefinitely suspended.

I don't think the 3 month thing matters in cases like this. However, it's Dave, so no doubt Twitch will do fuck all as usual.

Wtf, the absolute madman. Has he completely and utterly forgotten that he got his sorry ass BANNED the last time he made fun of someone's appearance? And now he does it again, on Twitter of all places, for the whole world to see? :story:

This goes directly against Twitch's ToS/Community Guidelines:

If this isn't a clear violation of the guidelines, I don't know what is...

It isn't though. He's not actively calling someone a muppet, but instead let the reader of the twitter decide. Also, even then, I wouldn't consider calling someone a muppet hatespeech or harassment. And Phil would be very well aware of this. For our street-smart business degree valedictorian, it's a win-win situation in his own curious mind: Either the subject of his attention doesn't care / react - then this furthermore boosts his ego, while additionally he can come off as cool, ahnest and truthful across his paypigs. Or Ninja (or whoever else he's attacking by the flavour of the day) notices AND mentiones him in a tweet (or even better: stream), directing all those delicious, juicy views toward his twitch channel, giving him channel growth and meaningfullness for another five minutes of his miserable life once again.

It's a perverse mixture of him being completely unable to correctly assess the situation on one hand and on the other being perfectly able to dance on the thin line next to the abyss. Some roaches have all the luck.

He needs his pay pigs to pay his bills by REPLENISHING his bank account, and also pay his taxes

Keep in mind (as we all know);

-NO EVIDENCE of his $16k tax bill has ever been seen

- he did NOTHING WRONG

- no one can question any claim he makes

Didn't Phil have his taxes on stream one year or at least he peddled some pamphlet around that supposedly had his taxes in it but could not show it to his viewers.

Muppet is a copyrighted term owned by the Jim Henson company. DSP using this term is illegal and offensive. I was planning on donating several thousand dollars during the next opportunity stream, but now I think I've changed my mind. I'm going to invest my money elsewhere, most likely a Dutch escort and some cocaine.

That was this year. Almost 9 months ago to the day. After a failed Federal Tax begging stream where he had a $2K tip goal up and received like $200, then April 17th (actual final 2017 Federal Tax payment deadline) rolled by and he just said, 'Oh, I'm good. I'm never going to mention taxes again, no one is allowed to ask me anything about it.' Turned out he was actually begging for money to pay his 2018 Q1 Estimated Income Tax payment. Fast forward 9 months: "Gib me $16K to pay my 2018 Federal Tax liability on my $100K annual income plz, if you don't I won't see my parents before they die in a year, they both contracted a fatal case of having recently turned 60."

If deepthroating a 12-gauge wasn't an option between living with DSReee or Boogie, it'd be Boogie. Hands down. Three reasons.

  1. Boogie can't follow you around the house when he's having a piss-tantrum. Which sounds like it's probably all the time. As little as he uses it, DSPissbaby does still have upward mobility. So nope.
  2. Phail is only funny to me when he's genuinely outraged, sad, or in damage-control mode. He's not ever actually funny. I laugh heartily when he suffers because I don't like him, & he deserves it. Boogie, however, despite the shitshow human I've learned he is, I've watched him for years & he has no shortage of videos that I just think are genuinely funny, & the laughter doesn't come from schadenfreuden or cruelty.
  3. Boogie probably turns into real-life Francis when he does tantrum. This would bring me endless lolz. And I will not apologize for this.
Edit: Sorry, I'm like 20-30 pages behind w this, but I just can't keep up with this subforum anymore during periods like this when he's just his usual boring-as-fuck, static whining self.

Wait just a minute here... @2:14 in the above vid, D$P quotes his Tax attorney fees as " just UNDER $1k". Fast forward to Nov. and said attorney fees are quoted as being $5k. D$P seriously needs to hire a new script supervisor to maintain show continuity.

Actually hiring new writers is usually how you get these gaffs, the writers probably left with his mods.
