It's just kinda endless. A mix of inane banter and vindictive smuggery. There is no comedy or legitimately interesting content here, just pandering to the outrage culture of his sweetie squad. At least with his streams he can rely on tone and comedic timing, but without those things his script comes off like countless political ideologue twitter accounts.

It's the lazy, easy, garbage kind of comedy people fall into relying on when they spend a lot of time performing for a moronic fanbase with an entrenched political bias. Those tweets are the cynical conservative cares-too-much-about-the-internet-but-pretends-not-to equivalent of John Oliver shouting "COME ON!". It's the Stephen Colbert for smug liberals, it's the Ricky Gervais for smug athiests. They're weak content fodder for NPCs to laugh in unison at. I think the only time the "I'm just a guy laughing on the internet" works is when someone is yelling at him directly about how he could be the big brain of gamergate or something like that. Eh, Jim has pretty much always been incredibly inconsistent with his output. "Jim time" is a very real thing. The only videos I ever remember him delivering on time were the TGWTG ones. The thing with Spoony was he had a semi-consistent pace and video quality, and that actually went steadily downhill after his patreon opened up to the point where he stopped making videos altogether. I don't know if Jim even cares about his patreon for all he does with it.

While Jimbo has done some im my opinion questionable things lately and planted the seeds for a potential future descent into lolcowdom, he still has a long way to go to finish the Spoony route.
