Meal prepping that way (measured leftovers) is pretty handy for people trying to build better portion habits, too, but all of the tools in the world can't help if you don't actually use them.

I'm not friends with her on Fitbit, but I am on my fitness pal and all evidence points to her not even using that. Occasionally there'll be a little timeline post that she logged in daily for a week or two and then nothing. Very rarely a post that she completed her (private) diary and it was under her goal. The delusional chodes that leave encouraging "you go girl!" comments under these automated posts do make me laugh, though.

For anyone wondering, because this shit is hard to keep straight, Amber's last official weight update was from November 8th, where she claimed to weigh in at 543.0. (Video is timestamped at her glorious revelation that she had lost almost 10 elbees, but just in case it's around the 13-minute mark.)
So in almost exactly one month, if she's being honest, she's gained 13lbs. All while smugly telling us she has a dietitian, she's cutting her portions in half, baby-steps are what's working for her and telling us to get off her dick about the Subway and BK mukbangs.

She's been consistently gaining around 10lbs a month for most of this year so she's right on track. But this new "cooking at home" plan is definitely going to be the one that's going to work, I can feel it!

Also, did anyone spy that big ol' tub of instant cocoa on the counter behind her dainty single-portion containers? Must be Eric and Rickie's because our gorl would never.

Edit:

I also forgot that last month she blamed all her weight gain on Lexapro and credited her weight loss on going off of it. Hmmmm.

So I just now some how had it click..

When she says sitting down between stirring the pasta.... can we derive at the conclusion physically standing for a few seconds to swish a spoon around in a pot of hot water with minimal resistance from noodles is infact, exhausting her?

I think it’s the standing AND stirring as it seems she was able to dole out the slop and inhale it without much trouble from a seated position

Amber seems to be satisfied with only gaining ~5 pounds since the last weigh-in, but that's still a horrible outcome. To gain 5 pounds in the span of 1 month at her weight requires thousands of excess calories.

I think Amber has a genuine talent for gaining weight. It takes some people years to get what she's gained in just a few months. Amber's better at gaining weight and bulking up than most bodybuilders. She should put that skill on her resume, it may help her with her competitive eating career.

Alright, guys, here's how this is going down. Calling it now.

Some time within the next ~6 months, one of the the boys (Necky included) is going to come home with a cold or something similar. A benign, normal illness that most people bounce back from in 48 hours. AL is going to catch it and it's going to wreck her. She'll feel legitimately terrible and, for the 1-2 weeks it will likely take her to recover, won't move from bed except to go to the bathroom. Of course, all the while, Becky is bringing her the one thing she thinks might make her feel better: shitty fast food. With a decline in already minimal movement, she'll pack on the elbees like a beanbag in no hurry at all. Once she feels better and starts moving again, she'll realize she can't. Maybe bathroom trips are still doable, but the weight gain and muscle atrophy from that bedbound period have made even a walk to the car seem ambitious. Actually getting out of the car and walking to whatever public destination is entirely out of the question. She'll start making excuses to not go places. She'll sit in bed more. The problem will get worse. Eventually, about a month or two after she's been legitimately bedbound, she'll fess up to it in a video after being called out by commenters who have noticed the background hasn't changed in a while.

Cold/flu season is upon us, farmers :optimistic:

I'm just waiting for her to catch a chest cold that turns into pneumonia and lands her in the hospital. It's only a matter of time--she can't breathe as it is.

I suppose it'd be contingent upon contracting an illness that doesn't cause vomiting. Colds usually don't, but then again, her body/immune system is fucked so who knows.

Name: Amberlynn Reid
Age: 27
Height: 5’2 or 5’3 on a good day
Previous Weight: 543 lbs
Current Weight: 556 lbs

AL was 543lbs one month ago, so her tdee then 3801 calories.
13 lb difference between the month, so 3500 cal. x 13 lb = 45,500 cal.
45,500 cal. (Add. Cal.) + 108,396 cal. (Maintenance) / 28 days =+ 5,496 cal. per day

This doesn’t include that when food is consumed the body must break it down so it burns a small fraction of calories nor the little activity she does, so I would estimate she is eating around 5500 - 6000 cal. a day. 6,000 calories is around estimated around 4-6 meals at a restaurant. As she grows her tdee will shift making her burn more cal. (Side note: I don’t understand when smaller individuals claim to have a faster metabolism, but it’s the opposite, because fat people burn more calories)

Let’s hypothetically add how much she spends on food a day, she is always eating out or even take out on camera so let’s go with 2 meals at a restaurant per day, but Becky is included so additional 2 meals.
4 meals a day an average meal is $12.75 (12.75 x 4 meals= $51.00) ($51.00 per day x 7 days = $357) ($357 x 4 weeks = $1428 ) ($1428 x 12 months = $17,136 a year) This is a small fraction of her money so itdoesn’t include groceries, and all the useless shit they buy, which they go every other day and spend $100-200. Her claim to making 10k a month is most likely true, but she spends a good fraction of it on food, so even if she making said money, it’s being spent quickly...

Excuse me, I was just curious with some data.
Tl; dr: It’s expensive to be fat.

I agree with you. Septic shock from pneumonia or even a hospital acquired infection, should she need hospitalization, is very plausible at her size and physical condition. I also think that an ankle or knee injury is equally as plausible to get our gorl bed bound. Another scenario to consider is kidney failure. That hits deathfats often and severely. If that comes to fruition, even mild kidney impairment, it becomes a domino effect where the heart and other organs also begin to fail. She has been lucky thus far because of her age, but time is running out.

Is it just me or is Becky sounding more "nasal-y"? Like the fat in her (non existent) neck is actually suffocating her.

Those numbers don't factor in water weight, but yeah. Our gorl really is letting go for the holidays.
Neither does it account for tdee after weight gain by every pound and also the calories not being absorbed by the body. (If you’ve watched 10k cal. Challenges the body has a cut off point, but who knows ‍♂️)

Either way her calorie consumption is godly, and a site that must be seen.
