Jim has done good work. Covering idiocy in a humorous fashion, stuff like Internet Insanity - all good there. You'll get no argument from me that this is quality content. I'll also defend to the death his willingness to make the mainstream press look like tards and exposing MundaneMatt.

Unfortunately, Jim has always been a gigantic asshole. A lot of this could be seen earlier in his career; Jim never gave a damn about measuring his words - something I of all people can certainly respect, but even back when he was at his peak he would constantly turn people away, even from logical, rational positions, just by being a dick.

Perhaps this is why he was such a repeat-offending flouncer in his earlier days.
I can really only speculate at this point, since I have no desire to look into it further.

Unfortunately what started as him simply doing the above has changed, over time, and he's been forced into what my mom used to refer to as the Wild Man of Borneo paradigm - a situation named for a story where some impoverished alcoholic sped, for free booze from the staff at a carnival, pretends to bite the heads off chickens, and for a while, it's all good. He entertains the locals, he gets free booze. Eventually, however, the audience gets wise to it and starts to leave, so he's forced to start actually biting the heads off chickens to maintain the ruse, beginning a tragic need to perpetually escalate to maintain his fix.

In Jim's case, it's less chicken-murder and more a need to appease a fanbase that can range from decent enough easily the single most Autistic of any Lolcow covered on the Internet Famous subforum. As time's gone on, he's abandoned the content many respected, and focused almost entirely on collecting e-scalps and agitating existing problems. Which is good for us, but not quite so good for him, since he's going to be locked into this cycle for the foreseeable future. He's become like some weird, distaff counterpart to Spoony, and ironically, wound up taking shit more seriously than many of those he's claimed to be above.

The Spoony comparison is apt- just like Noah, Jim's getting complacent and shirking off making actual content to livestream and shitpost on twitter. It's lazy and he's going to lose patreon supporters if he doesn't fulfill his promises. Where's the couch cuck video? Where's the next internet insanity, or that deviant's conclusion he was promising? It was fine when he wasn't a career youtuber, but clearly he's depending on this for income now, if he's being honest about personal problems he's been having.
He can't even be fucked to do a weekly boring-ass livestream. He promised a weekly art competition- that's not materialised either. No one gives a shit about internet bloodsports bullshit- it's old news. We all know that the skeptics are dumb alt-right man-babies. Regurgitating the same unfunny memes and talking about some random internet moron isn't entertaining for a vast majority of his subscribers, people with actual jobs and lives who don't have time to watch 20+ hours of samey livestreams each week.
Jim's at his best hen he's doing a scripted, edited video. Most people are. Even Sargon is semi-listenable when he's edited out all his chuckling and snorting.
In conclusion, Jim is a lazy fuck and his audience are foot-licking retards who needto stop letting him get away with his bullshit. Jesus shit this is worse than Filthy Frank fans.
