If there’s one thing you can count on with dark it’s that he will piss and moan and puff out his chest when he gets caught in the act doing something, it’s some sort of defense mechanism. He probably subconsciously thinks if he just doesn’t shut up for 15 minutes straight his fans won’t be able to recall half of what he said, only nudniks like us that actully listen to every word and analyze the madness see he contradicts himself damn near every other sentence.

He’s clearly sweating based on all the different ways he feels the need to regurgitate words on this topic, he’s making a bigger stink about this then he did when Leanna left him.

It's a common thing liars do. They subconsciously have to fill in the dead air in their stories because otherwise the mark will start to think about it and connect the dots. That's probably why he hates Tevin so much. Tevin is quick, and will chime in to pick holes in Phil's shit. He'll also routinely pause/mute the footage he's commenting on while he does so.

I found Grazy's response in the forums the most interesting as Grazy is talking to Kekon who talks to Thirdeye who is banned and they all talk in this other stream. I am starting to think Grazy will stop cheering soon. Phil will find out about Kekon and ban Kekon because he reads here. He has fucked himself over hard on this one as he wants the money but can he take the trolling.

The amount of entitlement in his Twitter pontification is disgusting: he “earned” his second house “busting his ass” playing video games for the last decade. Unless the evidence of his wrongdoing is ironclad all he needs to do is deny consistently and his supporters will believe him.

Life has given Phil all the rope he needs to hang himself. Cranking it on stream wasn't an isolated incident. He'll shove both feet in his mouth all on his own. If this was a ruse, sure, you got Nich to leave, but time has shown that Phil manages to find new whales as he loses them, and he's never going to provide tard cum over losing a supporter. Phil wanted to keep this behind the scenes to prevent the donor from getting doxxed.

Now he says everyone has to donate publicly during his stream so Phil doesn't get accused of doing shady stuff.

Why didn't Phil say anything? Because this wasn't going to happen until after January, duh! Phil was going to see how much money he raised in December and if he got a lot, he would let the donor know he doesn't need the full 9k. Phil doesn't want more than what he's entitled to because he is not greedy. Except he said multiple times "if this guy sent me a check, I wouldn't have even cashed it until after January".

So if this guy had sent him a check for $9K and Phil had gotten overwhelming support during his 4 opportunity streams, would Phil send the money back?

That's what he is telling us. He was gping to sit on a $9k for a month to see if he really needed the money. If he didn't need the entire $9k to meet his goal, he would tell the guy and refund his money. Because DSP would never risk ruining his spotless reputation for a quick buck.

What happened a few years ago when people asked if they would get refunded for their donations for a Project 7 reboot? Sorry, dummies! Your donations are non refundable. Any money Phil gets is his to do with what he wants.

Mildly interesting to note he knew who they were talking about (Amouranth) enough to know that it was a woman. But he has no time to watch other streams, you guys.

Phil also brings up a new issue which is a problem he entirely created on his own, he not only admitted he doesn't need the 16k right away, but he even goes so far as to say it would actually be bad for him to raise 16k before December.

This isn't all that damning, tbh. The $16k is ostensibly for his taxes which are paid by April 15th for the previous year. So 2018's taxes are due by April 15th, 2019. And waiting until January actually does make sense, although it will simply defer the tax payment to next year. So it's not stupid, but it's basically the same thing Phil's been doing--put off paying his debts as long as possible in the hopes that a miracle happens.

Uhm, and every single time, I'm not even kidding you, they came to me and said 'Oh, well, we don't want to have our information publically disclosed. And he doesn't want to do Patreon! What he wants to do is, he wants to do it behind the scenes! Via, say, WESTERN UNION, or something like that! Something off stream, outside of that, because he doesn't want to get any kind of attention for himself. Because he's afraid if he gets any attention for himself, the information will get out there. Someone might negatively affect him or whatever. He does mention, 'Hey, if you want to mention it on your stuff, your stream or whatever. You know, that an anonymous donater, whatever, gave some money. You can! But, I don't want any of my information getting out there!' Okay? So, I responded back to him like, 'Listen! I don't even know much about Western Union. I never used it before, I don't even know anything about it, how it works.' Uh, I would say, 'If actually this were the case, and you don't want to use any internet methods, right? You don't want to use Paypal, or whatever. Not sure if anyone has brought this up, but when Phil mentions mailing him a check and then him not cashing it until 2019, that is what the IRS calls a "constructive dividend". Basically what this means is that you have income that you receive in 2018 but do not deposit until 2019, that is still considered 2018 income and the IRS can add that income to 2018 upon examniation. If he does do something like this, you can report him to the IRS for tax fraud.

I found Grazy's response in the forums the most interesting as Grazy is talking to Kekon who talks to Thirdeye who is banned and they all talk in this other stream. I am starting to think Grazy will stop cheering soon. Phil will find out about Kekon and ban Kekon because he reads here. He has fucked himself over hard on this one as he wants the money but can he take the trolling.

So he only has like 6 whales left but one associates with detractors hmmm wonder how this turns out.

Sure looks like he's going through the third fase of the fan-to-detractor-transformation .
