That moron that got banned did shit to him that wasn't even posted here and it was that bad Bulla freaked out and shut everything down. I assume it was a man somehow altering his voice to sound female or had a female do the calling which that in its self is sick!


When you put it that way, it seems perfectly rational to give all your personal details, name, location, phone number and email to a derranged child molester and his family


Never gave personal details except for my second cell, a throw away email, I have a cat, my name used for that email and my country. His mother knew my cell and email and that is how contact was made when this all went down with Bulla. They kept in touch especially with the house search and asked me to look at the photos of his shrine and just...no words can describe that hell hole!
I was not a troll, The man couldn't look up a number and call for a taxi..I had to Google it and text him the info to call for one! I never gave my location other than a huge city with millions of people, am unlisted for landline or anything and you all really loved the content then turn on me?!
Also the other Kimberly's deserve your lectures and verbal abuse for giving him every detail of their lives including addresses,etc then he called the cops on one as I previously stated and he got in big shit thinking because she cut contact that the Von Wolf Demon had her held hostage or killed her.
I think I have covered everything AGAIN and screen shot my previous post that I did yesterday so have a great weekend and happy holidays!

Thank you for your kind words and I agree about Bulla. His mother was always there and she got leases put in her name because nobody would rent to him. I feel bad for her because she is very embarrassed by all this and now has to pay almost $1.000 for the cleaning crew the landlord hired. He told his mother that in all the years renting to people and cleaning after a move this was the worst and that he literally lost his lunch when he walked in! I hope he will co operate with Drs and get the help he needs and to be honest I didn't ever suspect he was that off his rocker to finger paint using his own shit or to even "keep" it and urine in containers! I knew he had issues going on "upstairs" but I never thought it was that bad!

Well, he'll come up for review every 6 months. And while I think he should probably be institutionalized for life, the Baker Act is known to be a pretty poor bandaid so I would not be surprised if he improves slightly under medication and regimen to the point where he might get bounced eventually. They don't have to make him sane, just less crazy to the point where he's not an imminent threat to himself or others.

I wonder what roll, if any, family plays in these decisions.

In Japan the family would want him locked forever for his VERY SHAMEFUR DISPRAY.
In the US they'd probably want him let out because he was a good boy who dindu nuffin.
In the UK he'd probably end up eating children or something and everyone would just pretend it wasn't happening and hipster comedy shows would have amusing sketches saying that paranoia about cannibals was the real problem.

What would be the point? He didn't actually harm anyone. Just scared a few people. His behavior is pretty clearly tied to his mental illness. About the only reasonable court action he might face is from his landlord regarding damages to the property. But his mother seems to be making good there. And really dragging Bulla into court would ultimately be a huge waste of everyone's time.

Putting Bull in a psych institute might be viewed as a minor cruelty to the poor staff that has to deal with him. But at least they are getting paid for dealing with Bulla (sexually). Putting him in jail however would be a major and violent cruelty.

Short answer: yes, he could be recharged if he is released and found capable to stand trial within the statute of limitations. That said, he would have an excellent diminished mental capacity defense at trial. Unless the victim really wanted to push it, I doubt they'd try it.

And I bet as long as John never tries to move back there, the neighbor will leave it alone.

His mother was asked to sign guardian ship over to the institution because they would have to call her even if say a aspirin tablet was prescribed for him and get her permission.
I also think the answer has been discovered about him being hesitant for the landlord to bring anyone in such as plumbers, etc. One wall where he had, get this, 6 extension cords plugged into one another that either sparked or something and burned the wall but he KEPT it plugged in even after such a thing happened!!
I remember him not answering the door when the landlord came with a plumber and got fined $45. The only reason they were they there is because HE complained of hot water issues!
She is on her way there to pay the final bill for damage and cleaning.
I really feel for her at 93 years old to be put in such positions!
She cannot even refuse because the lease is in her name.

I feel sorry for him too, he's as mad as a cut snake, I'm glad he's in hospital.

It would be best for him to be under watch and care for the rest of his life. Otherwise, left to his own devices, he'll probably just spiral again, and probably die alone and unremembered.
