I was more referring to the pointlessness of her wasting money on getting a UK judgement that a US court is unlikely to enforce even if Jake did have the capacity to pay.
No, he's accused her of physically assaulting people who not only actually assaulted her, but did it on videotape that Jake has actually seen. That's libel per se and it's clear that Jake not only tells this lie with reckless disregard for the truth, but with actual knowledge that it's a lie and with the actual intent to cause harm to his victim.
The SPEECH Act (which protects against foreign libel judgments) only applies to findings of defamation that wouldn't pass muster under the First Amendment. Jake's libel is clearly libel in any jurisdiction, even in the restrictive U.S.
The only reason not to do it is he's a bum with no money who never will have money.
