Did DSP just literally admit that chat isn't allowed to talk about anything except helping him play the game?

He, at minimum, just stated that chat is not allowed to talk about anything except the game in progress. Chat is not allowed to talk about "random topics".

I think I'm just surprised at how he openly admitted that chat is there to help him and not for him to talk to chat.

Only one stream on Christmas Eve. He's going out to eat dinner with Khet the day before having their Christmas Day feast. Sure am glad he doesn't have money issues or anything.

You ever have one of those dreams where a loved one is in danger and you scream and run and fight to try and get their attention or save them but no matter what you do they don't notice? I get a similar feeling when I hear Phil saying things like "we're going out to eat" while his viewers continue to talk about how broke he is.

"How can one person be so stupid?" I used to ask myself while watching DSP play games. And then I started to pay attention to his fanbase, and so many things began to make sense to me.

I guess there's one good thing going out of DSP. He said that if Article 13 passes, he's gonna declare bankrupcy and lose the house.

So naturally, Article 13 will not pass under any circumstances, and everyone involved will probably commit suicide the following week.

DSP just ragequit a side-mission because he kept getting killed after trying to complete it for 40 minutes. Constantly complaining, it's a waste of time, Insomniac (devs) suck etc. etc. You know the deal.
I think he has interacted with chat maybe three times so far, next to banning people left and right.
And he just thanked someone for cheering a bunch of times, but he's not reading or answering them. He can't be fucked with small change like that. He needs his emerald_seven fix badly.
