It's a leftover meme from a Bloodsports marathon, where Jim debated the HoneyBadgers and whatever gay furry MRAs they brought with them.

One of them inferred that Jim is probably a "sweetie in real life".
Someone combined that with another joke about "Right Wing Vaccination Squads" (which was just Jim trolling rabid anti-vaxxers online), and thus, the SweetieSquad was born.

Watching Jim’s stream, another theme in the skeptic’s attempts at dissembling is overly specific denials.

Matt is the clearest example: he didnt flag anyone DOWN. As far as we know, he didnt, if you trust him, but that was luck. He certainly tried, that being the whole point of issuing reports.

I'd have to check, but I think his specific words were flag any videos down which he did do, but at this point the semantics really don't matter for him.

@Mathas It wasn't a hard guess. I know people don't like the re-cap streams, but I think this one so far is merited since so far he's doing a big re-cap.

Point is I see this a lot, they specify the denial to such a degree it is true but meaningless. However it creates the illusion they are addressing criticism and really dindu nuffin.

Yeah, and they still end up being full of shit most of the times even when they do that. The thing I despise the most is that they would never let others off for trying to do the same thing. These people are unbelievably angering.
