So lemme get this straight, he straight out doxes his MOM but hides behind the business address that he shares with Morgane Oger?

Also interesting, he implies he doesn't live there, but that Mommy is taking care of his dog. Uh huh, Mommy and Dog have an address but he doesn't. And this lolsuit like the others was filed pro se, meaning that he didn't have to pay for a lawyer.

Louise has publicly disclosed that she sent her metric fuckton of receipts to JCCF, the law group representing Meghan Murphy and the beautician Shelah Poyer, whose complaint he dropped so that the screenshots wouldn't get out. Screenshots that according to the BC Human Rights Tribunal, he isn't even denying.

Hahahaha what a piece of shit - like we already know that, but god damn. Good job modern liberal feminist you’ve managed to enable child predators. No wonder everyone of them believes NO TRANS WOMAN HAS/WOULD DO THAT - any of their stories get buried. It’ll be interesting to see crime stats in a few years and won’t be weird that women commit more rape/violent crimes now that they’ll have these fucking insane troons counted as women LOL.

He just had to point out the janitor's race, huh? I can only imagine the complete weariness on that man's face when a hysterical, sobbing troon smeared himself against the glass and demanded to be given entry to the building. That poor janitor is definitely not paid enough.

The total rejection by the strata is gold, too. They completely deny any and all wrongdoing, deny there was any toxic chemical used then or ever, and deny that Johnathan suffered any damages whatsoever or will EVER suffer damages from this experience. It's a total legal "go pound sand, freak".
He did that in the Phoenix woman lolsuit too! Just randomly mentioned non white people's ethnicity for no fucking reason. Interesting that he went after a company he must have known has an entire office of lawyers working for them. All the other lolsuits/complaints are against individuals who would have trouble retaining a lawyer. I'm surprised Canadian small claims goes up to 35k CAD (26K USD).

Sounds arseholey and a bit 'mad on the internet'y but what a shame he didn't suffocate on his own tongue while he was hyperventilating.

Because he wasn't. Not to the point the paramedics could detect his needing more oxygen. I wonder if he's breathed harder in fapping, and we're all aware of what his fap material now is.

It's not just the children that are of concern, it's the 18+ women whom he's checking for a tampon string. Both of whom can submit claims here: https://www.jccf.ca/justice-centre-case-submission/

Very like the Pheonix lawsuit. He's somewhere he's not supposed to be and then when called out he sues them for poisoning him. What a weird MO to repeat twice.

I wonder why he was somewhere he wasn't supposed to be. My best guess is that he genuinely got himself locked out, and then got racist mad at the Indian dude for not letting him back in, so he caused revenge drama. But I bet there's more to it.

Anyone notice the mention of the panic button? He wanted the Township to pay for kids in his local school to get those, and I wondered if it was because he's shilling for the company that makes them. In this lolsuit he's being very specific about the make and model of the panic button and it kind of reads like shilling, but what company would want to be marketed like that? The LivingWell Companion Go is marketed by Telus, which seems to be a completely respectable Canadian telecoms company.

It's a medical walkie-talkie and GPS device usually given to seniors so they can go out and about without worry. It's weird that someone his age has one.

"I pressed the button on my LivingWell Companion Go..."

That's a high-end Life Alert device (I've fallen and I can't get up!) It's on Jonathan, a 31 year old who talks about his (women's) gym incessantly. It starts at $55/month through TELUS, a Canadian ISP. Usually you bundle services, has Jonathan just disclosed his ISP?

The Indian guy apparently let him in, at which point "Jessica" decided to go across the street (yeah, he can't breathe but he can walk across the street) and call 911 on top of his "personal assistant" while his mom was in the on-site medical clinic a door away. Then declined to go to the hospital in a country where, I understand, it's actually free.

Did something give him the idea that he could make a living off of lawsuits? It seems weird for someone to suddenly become a serial vexatious litigator apropos of nothing, what convinced him that this was a good way to avoid getting a real job?

From his five lolsuits plus his 16 tribunal complaints, he's become Internet famous for his tampon pedo musings and becoming a rival to Stefonknee.

Have we considered that he might be literally fucking autistic or exceptional on top of everything else?

His use of upper/lower characters, floating above and below the line, speaks to a disordered mind. As does the didactic nature of the complaint, for instance: "I didn't think I need I needed to go to the hospital, I only requested oxygen, so I refused to go to the hospital."

By "disordered," I don't mean exceptionally exceptional nor autistic. He's more like that little boy in Twilight Zone's "It's a Good Life" who responds to dissent by sending everyone to the cornfield.

ETA: Jonathan/Jessica's appearance on a township video as having taken down Meghan Murphy's Twitter, plus his racist public lolsuit citing trans discrimination, only brings more attention to Jonathan/Jessica right before Murphy's event at the Vancouver Public Library. Oger has added to the controversy by Tweeting triumphantly that the event got moved to 9:30 p.m. Like Yaniv, Oger is yelling more about it the closer it comes.

Journos are definitely lurking here. Hopefully, @Shadeshrimp's upcoming files will give journos much new and verifiable info.

Find me an internet-heavy troon that ISN'T touched by the 'tism?

Here's how CDC defines autism:

  1. Deficits in social-emotional reciprocity, ranging, for example, from abnormal social approach and failure of normal back-and-forth conversation; to reduced sharing of interests, emotions, or affect; to failure to initiate or respond to social interactions.
  2. Deficits in nonverbal communicative behaviors used for social interaction, ranging, for example, from poorly integrated verbal and nonverbal communication; to abnormalities in eye contact and body language or deficits in understanding and use of gestures; to a total lack of facial expressions and nonverbal communication.
  3. Deficits in developing, maintaining, and understand relationships, ranging, for example, from difficulties adjusting behavior to suit various social contexts; to difficulties in sharing imaginative play or in making friends; to absence of interest in peers.
Yaniv could meet the general criteria, but he doesn't match the examples. He doesn't "reduce sharing," he overshares. He avidly initiates and responds to social interactions. During the video before the Langley Town Council, he maintained eye contact. He doesn't have difficulty adjusting behavior to suit social contexts; he just doesn't want to do it. He knows the behavior is wrong to society, which is why he serially lies about it when caught.

According to the Economist (10/25), Yaniv said the screenshots came about b/c someone hacked his FB (and presumably, his iPhone). That evolved into him on FB suggesting that someone photoshopped/painted over his FB conversations. By 12/11, the BC Human Rights Tribunal itself said Yaniv no longer denied the screenshots. Now, he's pleading he was just trying to "fit in" with "the girls."

He's more Cluster B (antisocial/borderline/narcissistic personality disorders), which were once known as psychopathy or sociopathy.
