LanDUI could be disciplined by the bar for even foisting off such a contract on someone in clear violation of RPC 1.8(h).

The contract could also probably be set aside for fraud.

(1) make an agreement prospectively limiting the lawyer's liability to a client for malpractice unless the client is independently represented in making the agreement; or

So assuming LanDUI has read the fineprint to Maddox, i.e. told him to get an actual lawyer, Maddox could lose any claims for damages against him? Well, that's sad but part of the business model, I suppose. Ramos was the last hope to ram his ass for that but he had to retire at the worst possible time. I doubt the new judge (or any judge for that matter) can even remotely reach his level of vitriol and pure hate against the con artist lawyer and his bullshit case.

Depends whether representation was terminated. If he was still technically Maddox's lawyer at the time, such a waiver has to be in writing.

Hopefully sanctions hurts him in some manner. He's predatory. George is an idiot, and that's bad enough, but when you see someone who just preys on stupid people who don't know any better, there's something very fucked about that.

As a plus, if you type in "Kevin Landau" into google now, you get the website talking about how he's the worlds worst lawyer first, Asterios' article on how he got sued for 20 million at 3rd, and the reddit talking about how he is a liar and a drunk at 5th. Hopefully his professional reputation has taken a nosedive so that people who don't follow Dick or Maddox, or are not on here will have second thoughts about using him as a lawyer.

If a Jew tried to pull the shit that he did, they'd get together with their Jew family, see if any of their Jew relatives is a lawyer, hire said Jew lawyer, and email every Jew organization crying about anti jewism from the people making fun of them. It'd be the most Jewish thing since the monetization of the Holocaust.

In conclusion, Maddox is not a Jew. If he was, his lolsuit would have still failed. But it wouldn't have failed as hard as it did.

If Maddox was Jewish he would have gotten enough traction in Hollywood years ago to be a staff writer for some bullshit sitcom or associate producer by now and would have never been in this situation in the first place.

I dunno man, I think even if Maddox were a Jew he wouldn't have a chance. He actually once had an interview at Buzzfeed and did so poorly that he was considering sending his interviewer a trophy that said something like "world's biggest idiot" for not hiring him. Dick unfortunately talked him out of it. That's why he hates Buzzfeed so much.
