Usually I just make baked scrambled egg dishes rather than proper quiche because I'm lazy, but still that can work with that leftover chicken breast, bacon, and jalapenos.
yeah this one is probably going to be the chicken breast, a bunch of eggs, some burger/bacon grease I've been holding, some Aldi velveeta, maybe some butter, maybe those jalapenos if they're not gone bad already, the remaining mi1k I have to burn through, and I'll see what canned veggies I have I guess. Maybe bread crumbs too.
