I can't understand how anyone can draw some critics saying "the writing wasn't good" and "the author seems abusive", and then write their self-insert saying "YOU GUYS ARE FUCKING SMALL MINDED IDIOTS WHO ARE PATHETIC REEEEE" and then paint the self-insert as the protagonist.

I also find it funny how the kiwis in the video get disturbed and turned off by Glip's anger, when in reality, the more angry Glip gets, the funnier this shit becomes.

I’m pretty sure the point here is supposed to be, “I bet it’s SO FUNNY to see someone hurt and be abused, huh?” but then constantly flaunts her narcissism by making it about, “well, I’m actually a positive person and I have tons of fans, so you’re wrong, actually,” even though that’s been observed not to be the truth at all. She hasn’t been tweeting lately, but we have the evidence that she’s a nasty mean person and not at all a kind, supportive artist trying to promote their work.

I don’t think she’s trying to say, “hahahahaha I’m LAUGHING at you idiots!”, but if she is, I can say from experience that pretending you’re laughing at “the haters” is really the most juvenile response, because in no situation is anyone actually laughing. Just block them and move on. If they didn’t matter to you, you’d stop giving them attention.

Of course, that being said, it feels pretty special to be the main focus in PK’s comics now.

As much as I want to believe, PK’s been going by this name presumably since PMD-E’s conception (which definitely predates this thread, but I have no idea where the timelines match up). There’s proof on the TVTropes page for PMD-E (archive from 2017).

Specifically mentioning that the detractors group together on a forum, the mention of taking pictures that obviously equates to taking screencaps, the critic that's a homogenized monolith of every trait she thinks that the average forum user here has, "papayakiwi," etc. I can't believe the thread's gotten to her this much and it's so surreal that the farms basically got a cameo in Flora lmao.
