Seems like an obvious violation to me. The move just makes CPS visits and supervision from Maryland less frequent or maybe it ends them and it transfers to WV CPS. They became infamous in their county so I’m sure they hoped a move would mean less attention. The authorities who originally had to deal with the thousands of internet calls and reports would never forget and probably keep close tabs on them, less of a chance of that in another state where they would just be another file number.

This is the second time they moved too. The first time from Baltimore County. You can't keep running...

Actually, I would imagine they'd need permission to leave the state if they're under probation and CPS watch.

That's not taking into consideration that the internet never forgets. What's stopping someone from tipping off that state's CPS on Mike and Heather?

For that matter, nothing's stopping the Maryland CSP from contacting WV's CSP once they find out what happened.

I’m sure they have alerted them and it’s in the case file. It’s just the MD CPS employees who had to deal with the epic fallout will never forget Mike, whereas WV will just know him as stupid guy who got busted for child abuse for uploading the evidence.

Given the type of physical and sexual abuse CPS deals with on a daily basis Mike isn’t very high on the scum bag scale - as sad as that is to say. In their line of work they document kids who die or are disabled from severe beatings and abuse they received, they deal with two year old being sexually abused.

Mike is typical white trash who was stupid enough to upload the way he treats his kids for the world to see, but he’s not too much worse from other trailer trash dads. He just tried to get famous being a shitty abusive dad instead of keeping it behind closed doors.

And in that story it mentions his probation is unsupervised thanks to moving out of state - so obvious why they moved - and that they are allowed to make SM videos with older boys as long as it follows certain guidelines.

Yep, just across the Potomac. He moved just to get out of supervised probation. He's stereotypical white trash who probably watched to many episodes of Jackass years ago. Only difference is he learned to upload videos and was willing to abuse his kids on camera to get attention.

His clickbait thumbnails and titles show all the marketing intelligence of a low-end used car salesmen. He married Heather so he could stay home and play video games all day, dude can't hold real job.

It doesn't surprise me that 12 year old were is key demo because that's about where Mike is on an intelligence and emotional level. Have you seen his rap videos? Christ on a jetski. His downfall is when actual adults noticed his terrible videos, probably when they bothered to check what little Braxton was laughing at.

What I do enjoy is how utterly desperate he is to try to get back his e-fame, which will never, ever happen. I imagine his pathetic life consumed with comeback strategies and checking the stats on the most recent channel or video they are trying to sneak on YT....and watching fail miserably over and over again. I do feel bad for his step-sons who know think their entire value and worth to their parents relies on YT fame.

“The three children involved in our current channels are happy and eager participants. We have never forced them to be on YouTube, it’s their passion. FamilyOFive and FamilyOFive Gaming was in fact their channel, their hobby and what they looked forward to each day. ”

It's like she doesn't think people can watch their old videos anymore because of the channels being nuked. Aren't there archives still up and running? If anything, I know that there are plenty of compilations that prove her wrong.
