This is the second time they moved too. The first time from Baltimore County. You can't keep running...Seems like an obvious violation to me. The move just makes CPS visits and supervision from Maryland less frequent or maybe it ends them and it transfers to WV CPS. They became infamous in their county so I’m sure they hoped a move would mean less attention. The authorities who originally had to deal with the thousands of internet calls and reports would never forget and probably keep close tabs on them, less of a chance of that in another state where they would just be another file number.
Actually, I would imagine they'd need permission to leave the state if they're under probation and CPS watch.
Where'd we hear about this move to WV?
