edit: I re-read the twitter exchange about yaniv, and I'm going to conclude that Oger pushed Yaniv in the direction of suing for discrimination and now feels embarassed about how this makes the HRT system look to outsiders. It is extremely embarassing to have told someone "yes, it is a good idea to sue someone for not waxing your testicles". Holy shit.

Jenn is going to show up to the meghan murphy library talk, tweeted at Oger about going "trano a trano".

Yesterday Morgane claimed to have been the victim of violence. Which is weird, because during the Oger v Whatcott trial, Ronan had been asked repeatedly about being a victim of violence after Bill's flyer got distributed and Oger said he had not been attacked. Pretty safe to say he is lying since the trial was like 3 fucking weeks ago and if he had been a victim of violence he would have miilked it for all it was worth.

Here is Morgane suggesting, quite seriously, that Jonathan Yaniv having his dirt deleted off of twitter is because of the company's enthusiasm for complying with canadian human rights laws (as Morgane interprets them, of course, since no ruling has actually been made to support Oger's ridiculous assertions about the legal status of misgendering). That is in between reporting @Null to twitter.

bragging about getting people in trouble on twitter, no doubt after writing countless angry reports about strangers who refuse to believe that trans women are literally biologically female because of self declaration. You get the feeling his nips get hard whenever he feels validated in his quest to stamp out wrong speak. This one is about null, because that's a smart enemy to make! Anyway, too bad he can't take his hall monitor-like zeal for twitter reports and apply it to winning a single election.

Why the hell does NDP have ANY power?

NDP's all for helping the working class? Privacy for "private" individuals? GenderTrender's owner is working class, who unlike Yaniv didn't make herself public (this was done when she reported that a Twitter trans"woman" raped his wife) and Oger, VP of this vaunted political party, doxed her for two weeks in a pinned tweet.

Who the fuck votes for a party like this?

Oger is planning on trying to roast meghan murphy at her own event, or get it shut down by the police for hate speech. He is a fucking derranged tranny and I fully expect for him to make an ass of himself on Jan 10. Meghan Murphy is discerning and blunt, and knows her shit, not the best opponent for Ronan.

This link to Whatcott's blog contains details and at least one tribunal document. The case has not been decided yet, but Whatcott and his lawyers believe they will probably lose at the tribunal level and are raising funds to contest it.

That sounds likely. The issue is one of constitutional law which the tribunal is not only incompetent to decide, in the legal sense, but also openly sneers at contemptuously. These tribunals have no respect whatsoever for the concept of freedom of speech or thought.

Based on what I have read on Reddit, it's much more likely that they're just dumb hicks. Apparently these women have done similar things to other women before and someone on the r/Raleigh subreddit who recognized the perpetrators also claimed they often came in to shoplift at the Harris Teeter store they worked at. But of course Oger and other trans activists are using this as proof of TERVes wanting to kill all trans people or something
