considering LiquidRichard either doesn't give a shit in regards to properly respecting something that took more effort and more time consuming to make than his own (atleast to Ice Cube and the stock beat makers) and monetize it; i'm not really surprised

These are from his video descriptions, I don't know a lot about copyright/fair use but should he even be making money from using other peoples music?
The other beats are likely from low viewed instrumentals or just don't have copyright claim due to being a small producer etc

Also I don't think he even edits his own videos, looks like a Youtube user called CreatorsTV does, unless that is him which could make sense as it's similarly themed, music videos based on an internet 'celebrity' but this one is from it looks like Russia or Poland and funnily enough his email (donate or gtfo btw) is a polish one as shown in the picture below.

Seems like these guys are hypocrites and are starting to show they exhibit behaviour which they ridicule a "bad fat man" on the internet for.

Depends how it's used, if it can be considered a parody, a cover, or I think "transformative" of the original it's fine. (Though the last one is a little fuzzier I think.) Sort of like how all those crappy "Mambo No. 5" parodies can't really get in trouble for using the beatline from the original. Most of Liquid Richard's stuff probably falls under parody, or at least he would have a decent argument for it in court... it wouldn't stand up to a team of high-priced jackal lawyers since very little of the law does, but I sincerely doubt a major label is going to spend the time and effort going after some sperg making fun of a fat man and maybe getting four figures off of it if he's reeeeeally lucky. Someone from the label's team might send a DMCA if they even felt bothered that much, but in that case all Liquid Richard has to do is make the parody argument to the content host or content sales platform, not in a court of law.

In other words, if you were thinking of doing an "Aha!" and snitching on him to some labels, don't hold your breath for it to do much.

Well I was hoping someone would say what the proper channel to take this to was, but someone on discord named "istaytrollfaced" brought this to my attention. In an ancillary discord where they can keep things private, and isolate people to harass them in voice chat, he found an invite around the middle of the day today and joined. When he looked around and searched chat, apparently earlier in the day some people were discussing this event where they cornered and persuaded some streamer or youtuber who seems a bit touched. He gets paid to show up briefly at parties sometimes dressed as superheroes, and has a few videos of this on his YT channel. They used this to launch unfounded accusations of pedophilia at him as well as force him to turn himself in to the cops. Here are some of the recordings. There are two of him ranting while being fucked with and one with many discord VC sounds at the beginning which is really the beginning of the conversation. Warning, they were on his ass for QUITE some time.

I can't say how pertinent it is but this is one of the three subgroups in the wings detractor scenes, one of the groups that liquid richard and binge wings belonged to that spams discords, and is apparently taking his place as a feeder, only instead of delicious fast food they're feeding this dude hot lines of garbage over a period of hour+ long tag team discord conversations he's bullied into participating in. Dude's probably worth a chuckle but these guys are clearly just below threadworthy on their own and involved in the recent hotness with the stream, they gatekeep wings and attempt to "recruit" dsp a logs to help with antiwings activities.

Also new is their term "harpooning the whale" for when he gets on to stream for stream sniping him and backcharged donations.

I believe that's actually just one with a small rant and exchange where they pressure him to make an explanation video and pass around ideas for degrading costumes for him to wear in the video. You can hear in his voice how defeated he is at that point, disagreeing but no fight left. All three have evidence of effectively the same thing, them pressuring him to do this, and making accusations. Meanwhile he's saying in others things he's already done like gone to family and tried to turn himself into the police on their behest.
