Everyday Detractor Videos - A place for those videos that come out everyday, by DSP fans.

Watching Tevin restream DSP's End of the Year Awards, DSP announces that he's going to test his audio live on stream. With perfect timing, Tevin mutes DSP and plays rap. Timestamped at 53:31.

Some highlights:

- complains about the quality of the steak in his fajita (yes this is an actual topic)

- bans someone because he's told a cheer was a "detractor meme" cause "I don't deal with that s**t ack ack ack"

- asked if he gets lonely, refers to 'interacting on stream' & has 'human interaction' at the store (actual words!) Plus his job is too busy to have friends (he almost forgot the word friend it seemed)

- claims time making videos with Rambo & Howard was 'friendly time'; just that he had to make a buck (he isn't the sentimental type)

- claims to have two lives: work and Kat; and didn't need a 3rd live with 'tonnes of friends' (actual number is 0) or any hobbies (maybe statue collecting?)

- claims laughing at him is fine; especially if you tip him: 'sounds good to me' (no dignity) & 'certainly won't complain' (delusion is real)

- damage control over separate beds with kat; but don't worry : "things are better than ever" although since Xmas their lives have been in 'upheaval' for to crippling sickness (over dramatic),

- claims detractors are dumb for reading into separate beds, and that if 'i was in TROUBLE I'd be the one sleeping downstairs' (actual words... They seem to sleep on the couch alot, gin or alleged sickness)

- detractors are obsessed with Kat as soy boy doesn't share things so people make things up

- soy boy had a medical condition / chronic medical conditions; one that causes him to get hot at night (obesity? High cholesterol?)

This Guy is hard to watch

I love how he slaps his face the split second he got done reading it and immediately says 'WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!?!?!?':mad::mad::mad: because he knows exactly what he just read out. I like the part where him reading out, 'she cheated on me' is what clued him in. Yeah Dave, if you keep bringing her on-stream to milk quarters from speds people are going to want to know why she a cheatin' ho tho?

I think this right here basically sums up why most people never really get jealous about Phil despite the fact he makes 100k+ a year playing video games. Honestly, him saying stuff like that almost makes me feel bad for him until I remind myself all of his problems are self created.

It's one thing if a person gives up all that stuff to build something that matters like a new company or invention. Phil has given up basically having a life to stream video games, something hundreds if not thousands of people do and they put in more effort to their content while retaining a personal life. He's making money but it doesn't seem worth the trade off.

You get a 6 figure salary but you can't leave the house 6 days out of the week, 7 if your soul mate can't chaperone. Nobody ever comes to visit because you don't know anyone in the state you reside, and the only people you haven't burned a bridge with are your parents. You can only play video games on a strict schedule that you can't change even though you created it. Etc, etc.

Yeah his life is very empty.

It kind of reminded me of the videos the channel 'Dick Stroking Phil Vlogs' used to put out.
i swear i did one like that before they did lol but i could be wrong

Kat's footage was perfect, good job on the remix. Did she zoom in on his manboobs on purpose? lmao
half and half lol i like to emphasize some of the bad camera work all the vids i make

little self promotion but oh well :3
Well, I enjoyed it.

Maybe some more nightmare fuel stuff out of left field to create a sense of uneasiness whenever DSP laughs. It's a good springboard for some post-modernist uneasy dark humor.

Okay, I finished this one and it's okay. It's a little too short. I know Phil has been especially boring as of late when playing games but this TIHYDP misses quite a bit. Including the endless bitching when fighting Birkin the 2nd time and Phil and Swagginz going back and fourth. All that shit wasn't mentioned at all which was disappointing. I don't think Phil has played Claire B yet but still.

It's ironic because I think most TIHYDP's are way too long. Almost autistically so (any Outsyder TIHDP for example) but this one was too short. I'll watch another one that hits all the key points and will probably include Claire B and the inevitable Hunk and Tofu runs. Plus there's the Ghost Survivor DLC's that are coming soon. The Outsyder version will probably be 8 hours long and just have practically no editing during boss fights so you have to endure an hour straight of Phil failing at a boss.
It's a bit rushed, sadly. Not a lot of editing besides the chop footage with some sound effects randomly placed.
I tend to like the versions with some sort of counter. Examples like death counters, chat handholding/staring, and times Phil does something habitually.

Like class presentations, the first one sets an example for the rest and it will only get better from there.

I mentioned in the main Phil thread but it didn't even mention the Phil and Swagginz pissing match that happened. I also get annoyed when a TIHYDP doesn't highlight how wrong he is. Like about 20 minutes in, Phil gets to the weapons room that has the shotgun. He continuously just stares at the lockers with numbers on them and doesn't notice the machine to unlock the lockers. There is no fucking question that the chat told him how to unlock those weapons. Moments like that is the kind of shit a good TIHYDP should highlight. Or how he wastes insane amounts of ammo on a single zombie when he could just shoot it twice in the head to stun it and run by. Or just knee cap them but I think it takes about the same amount of ammo with the pistol.

I understand that @Memology 101 no longer makes "Daily" DSP videos, But this video is consistently requested during family events for expected bouts of laughter.

I behold upon you all:
"Ain't nobody got time for that"

Also today Snort JUST uploaded a video during me writing out this post here:
