I wouldn't qualify a shitpost to be something to criticize. She obviously made this to distract us, to randomly shitpost, or it could have also been some sort of early warning sign she was going completely insane.

Van Gogh suffered from psychotic episodes and delusions and though he worried about his mental stability, he often neglected his physical health, did not eat properly and drank heavily.
