Great that the Chandlers have a home to return to from the Rental House. Now, if only Barb could stop filling all of their dwellings with her useless and hazardous crap...

Dare I say, it looks good as new. You already spilled the beans in the chat, but I'm happy that the living situation became much less stressful for the Chandlers.
The interior is still completely empty except for the framing. It's got a long way to go before it becomes livable.

It's sad though that even though the Chandlers are basically getting a new house, that barb is just going to destroy it again with her hording. It's such a waste.

Soooo nothing has changed? It looks like some siding work in the first one.
The entire house is being rebuilt. Just to start, the windows are all new, and the entire roof is new.

Did they just focus on not making the exterior look like an eyesore?
Not to A-Log, but in all due seriousness, almost any change would have been an improvement. The Chandler house is the eyesore of its neighborhood, and has been for some time. I really don't think that most of the local residents like the Chandlers, just for what they do to the local property values.

Well the house's location and the neighborhood in my opinion is depressing since there's not a lot of people there. There are neighborhoods in towns that are far more lively than this.

Hopefully I'm not the only person who instantly thinks of the Amityville haunted house after looking at these pictures. I can say that 14 BC looks nicer from these angles.

If Fattys lucky Barb won't live long enough to totally destroy the new house.
Honestly, if Barb dies before she destroys the rebuilt house, Chris will probably be better off. At least Chris will have a decent place to live, and he'll have the house as an asset that he can use. His monthly tugboat of $1300 would be enough to keep him in the house a while on his own, even if he defaults on some of his debts and/or has his new car repossessed.

Is that a new paint job as well?

It looks nice.
What happened to the idea that the smell of smoke remains in the structure of the building? Is that no longer a problem?

He'll screw up somewhere.

Once it's built, Chris'll have to give us a much needed new tour!

Well, it looks quite nice from the outside. Do you have an ETA for how long it will take to finish repairing the interior?
