A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

I don’t get these guys who transition into transwomen who have wives and kids. Like, a lot of men transition foolishly thinking it’ll get them easy lesbian poon. But this dude, like many others, already won the game. Why would you do this?

Autogynephilia is a helluva drug.

Seriously, troons have taken a paraphilia and elevated it to a civil rights fight. In his own words, Moore seemed pretty comfortable with being a cross dresser before trooning out. I think a lot of these men, cluster b issues aside, could’ve been helped if Blsnchard’s theory was more widely studied and accepted.

His lengthy and violent criminal history makes it likely he was, indeed, running a scam and trying to bully the guy behind the counter into giving him free cash. He learned that actual armed robbery gets him in trouble, so he tried to rob the place using trannydom as a weapon, which makes him brave and beautiful instead of just a thieving thug.

Both 31-year-old Jessica Fowler and 38-year-old Amber Harrell are charged with second-degree kidnapping, a felony, and sexual battery, a misdemeanor in connection with the incident, which involved a transgender woman, Raleigh Police told ABC11.

In a 911 call, the caller tells the dispatcher: "She pulls her shirt up and says, 'Do you want to see my b---s?' and she pressed me up against the wall with her bare chest."

An arrest warrant said both Fowler and Harrell "fondle the victim's buttocks and chest."

Police said the attack started in the bathroom and continued into the bar.

"(The bartender) could see I was visibly uncomfortable," the caller tells the 911 dispatcher. "She asked the girls two times to stop. The girl didn't stop at first, so she forcefully had to tell the girl to stop -- she was like groping my back, my stomach, it was uncomfortable."

The general manager of Milk Bar declined to comment to ABC11.

Equality NC said these types of incidents are not unusual and often not reported.

"They don't get helpful reactions when victims try and come forward," said Ames Simmons, of Equality NC. "This is the kind of violence we're trying to work on. We're trying not to address these incidents after they happen."

Two women in North Carolina have been arrested after groping a transgender woman last month inside a bar bathroom, where they grabbed her and asked if she had a penis, police said.

Jessica Leeann Fowler, 31, and Amber Nicole Harrell, both of Raleigh, surrendered to police following the Dec. 9 incident at Milk Bar in Raleigh’s Glenwood South section. A friend of the transgender woman called cops the following day and reported the bathroom encounter she had endured a day earlier, the News & Observer reports.

The caller told a police dispatcher that Fowler and Harrell began chatting up his friend inside the bathroom. The conversation appeared to be congenial at first, but then one of the women grabbed the transgender woman’s genitals and asked if she had a penis, according to the 911 call, which was released Tuesday by Raleigh police.

It’s unclear whether Fowler or Harrell grabbed the woman initially, but the unwanted gesture prompted the other woman to laugh and then pull up her shirt to ask if the victim would like to see her breasts. One of the women also grabbed the transgender woman’s backside, according to the 911 call.

The unsolicited touching took place despite the victim saying a “number of times to stop,” according to the caller.

The groping then continued outside the bathroom, with at least one of the women grabbing at the victim’s stomach and buttocks. The bartender also chimed in and asked Fowler and Harrell to stop harassing the victim, according to the 911 call.

Both Fowler and Harrell are facing charges of second-degree kidnapping and sexual battery, jail records show.

Fowler, who surrendered to police Tuesday, was taken into custody on $30,000 bond at the Wake County Jail. She was no longer listed in the facility’s inmate roster as of Wednesday.

Harrell has also been released from the facility after turning herself in over the weekend and posting $50,000 bail, the newspaper reports, citing a magistrate.

Attempts to reach Fowler and Harrell, who works at a hair salon in Morehead City, were unsuccessful.

tbh the one woman has a long record of assault, so I'm almost inclined to say 'this story happened like the troon has it', and she's just trashy. It could be the troon sexed it up a bit as well. But we don't have the tranny's dox, so I'm reserving judgement on this until we find out. Pretty much every case of 'tranny gets assaulted in women's bathroom' has had a crazy tranny behind it, the difference here is the tranny's anonymous still.
