Hard to say, he tweeted at her in December but no likes or replies to him from her to those tweets.
Last interaction from her to him was at the end of November.
Since she no longer had use to him his interest likely waned.

This is a meaningless nice guy strategy. “I care about you” is just virtue-signalling from a man who hardly leaves the house and is incapable of doing anything for himself. What’s he done for these people he cares about? Dropped everything to help them out? Offered them a kind word when no one else would? Made sacrifices for them? Of course not, his entire persona is learned helplessness.

It is transactional but he still doesn't acknowledge that people don't want his "forgiveness", much less to revive the friendship. In his head, they apologise, he graciously forgives them, and then they return to being good friends. That's the transaction and it's one from which only he benefits.
