Yes it was very noble, I did find it interesting however that their was no concerted effort mentioned to improve the lot of their female employee's . Some consideration for womens health issues, pay for the healthcare during pregnancies or somesuch. Perhaps even say a Dollar/pound raise per hour, naturally the raise would have to be given to the guys to avoid a lawsuit but that way everyone wins.

Maybe if anyone agrees to pay the pink tax that money could go to women employee's at the very least?
