Tonka signed the original contract with the venue under his fake name, and then got the bloodwork done in his real name. He only filed a petition for a name change in January, and he is not legally allowed to use that name yet.

To clarify:

Tonka signed the original contract with the venue under his fake name, and then got the bloodwork done in his real name. He only filed a petition for a name change in January, and he is not legally allowed to use that name yet.

And if I may, those original contracts were signed in the middle of November (the 19th I think?). So not only was Tonka using a fake name months ago, he also would have had to use a crystal ball if the SPCC call was the reason he started to flip his names.
