Something that I think has been passed over in this thread with timelines confused is that Donga didn't sign the fight contract in his legal name.
He only applied to have his name changed to the name appearing on the fight contract days before the fight, but signed the fight contract back in November.
How can someone say they're going into a fight in good faith when they sign a fake name on the contract? He never had any intention of fighting.
