As even Keemstar pointed out of the Killstream, Andy would be an idiot to get in a street fight. He's a foreign national and all it takes is for someone to lie to the police he started it and he'll get arrested and/or deported. Or they could provoke a fight and then sue him.

Given the sort of people he's dealing with, you know there'd be months of fuckery if a street fight happened.

And then of the course there's the fact that Ralph is on probation and CRP is probably wanted for all sorts of financial malfeasance and if the police pick him up, all that is going to be an issue.
