e: By the way, I'm not that familiar with the people involved in this aside from Ralph/Jim/Sargon. I've tried watching parts of the Kumite but I still can't even understand what it's about. Is it just Donga talking shit about everyone else?

I think Donga's plan was to make everything in his power to make Andy bitch out. Either by trickery(sending Failure with weird conditions) or simple intimidation (I'm training 8 hours a day!)

Alabama, like most (all?) places in the US, consider them "public officers." So no.

But like you say, you don't have to be fucking with an "officer of the court" to be a deep shit. Most LEOs aren't officers of the court, and you wouldn't want to go flashing a fake badge.

No, a document is not legally considered notarized if the stamp/seal doesn't comply with the requirements.

I want to see these documents so bad. It's basically speculation until we do. We need to know what Tonka gave the promoter, what names he used, where they were notarized. What I rely wanna know is if he gave the guy a fake order of name change or if it was just the application.

Well, he did have a lie prepared. It's just that it was the most pathetic one ever.

I think he's been successfully bullshitting for so long that he thought this would be no different. Nobody said used-car salesmen were good liars.

Much in the same way that Warski's stupidity makes Donga failure to get this done look really bad, the fact that the most brain-dead people are abandoning Donga also makes him look like a really bad liar.
