Tonka ain't gonna do shit, and I find it highly doubtful he's even gonna show up. They just had the weigh-in, and he wasn't there. Andy was.

You don't have to tell me that Tonka will never show his face, literally or metaphorically. I was just pointing out that in the purely hypothetical instance of Tonka not ducking the fight, I'd still put my money on a hungover Warski. Because he actually trained for it.

Andy is like paralyzed drunk right now the boys have probably been doing cocaine and slamming back brews like a nigger discovering a koolaid fountain. Imagine if this was just Tonkas plan all along and he beats the shit out of Andy who will be reeling from withdrawals tomorrow.

You honestly have more of a chance winning the Lottery twice (1 in 200,000,000,000,000 (two hundred trillion)) than you ever have of Tonka ever stepping wheel in the ring. (1 in ∞ (infinity))

There's already some faggotry about trying to get Nick disbarred.
At this point it was just a Kumite remnant fanatic suggesting it. Just because the idea was first floated publicly by an assmad idiot doesn't mean that Kraut's cabal of assmad idiots won't try to run with that angle. I look forward to when this one fails spectacularly.

So lets review the notary shit.

Tonka's shit used car lot he works at has a notary on staff, for sure for sure

Alabama notary stamps, which would be the stamp used, do not have a commission #, the state doesn't require it (many states do). Its understandable Rackets might not know this because it varies state to state.

Further, if the notary knew him personally but may have not have had knowledge of his full name (For instance, they know him as 'Robby Pilkington' and may not be aware his legal name is 'Michael Robert Pilkington), this probably would qualify as 'personal knowledge' to allow the document to be signed. The Notary is probably safe from liability for thinking 'Robert Michael Pilkington' is Tonka's actual factual name based on a personal knowledge standard.

I don't think the notary part is relevant based on all of those fact. The notary probably isn't even liable.

How would Donga even show up in Knoxville when his broke hick ass wouldn't have the money available for a plane ticket?

Yeah but if he did he'd be a criminal Mastermind, it would be like the end of Oldboy.
If I'm in Tonkas camp I'd be getting him on that plane right now. And if I'm really devious I'd be injecting myself with HIV before the fight with Andy.

Yeah, i'll go along with that.

The only reason I brought it up is because Nick did. But Nick isn't infallible. He thought that all notary stamps have to have a commission number on it, and he suspected the thing was bullshit.

Looking at Minnesota's stamps, at least some of them do. Which is probably what Nick is used to seeing.

Zoom will probably try and drag this out, but I think it goes without saying that Zoom should never be trusted for legal advice.

Ever see the intro to Beverly Hillbillies?

I get that but I don't know how Donga would be able to afford a car that can be driven by a cripple, and I don't think that even if he did he'd be able to get to Knoxville in time what with his love of oxyberries.

Doesn't need to be an official fight. It can be a backyard brawl.

Donga's not fighting anybody, backyard or otherwise. If he were to show up at Knoxville (he 100% won't) it'd just be another exercise in him shit-talking and consequently fleeing for safety just irl instead of over the internet.

There's also no possibility of him bringing a gun/knife/etc either, because even if he were to show up he's fully aware that he wouldn't last more than a day in big-boy jail before becoming someone's own personal cocksleeve, and he's already shown himself to be a massive coward.

Not only is Donga not going to show up now that the fight is cancelled, but the big reason this is such a scandal is because he wasn't even gonna show up the first place. He made no travel or lodging arrangements. He could prove us all wrong by showing tickets, reservations, or a refund of the same, but he can't.

Most states have comission number on the notary stamp. Alabama doesn't. How the fuck is Nick supposed to know every state? Its an honest real mistake
