You don't have a food addiction, Chantal. You have too much time on your hands and poor eating habits. You likely don't wake up till late in the afternoon. And sleep 14 hours. So, you're fasting your body like 14 hours. Waking up way late in the afternoon bored as fuck cause you have nothing but free time. So you "binge" eat shitty food. Then you get onto these whacky diets like water fasting, juice fasting, grape fasting, eating nothing but produce. So you semi-starve your body, eat nothing of nutritious value, and then when you do eat it's large quantities. Then you put yourself in this mindset of "this is gonna be my last hurrah, this is going to be my last hurrah, this is going to be my last hurrah" - that's not a psychiatric disorder. That's a shitty lifestyle that you're blaming on food. The "cure" you need is getting rid of all that dead air in your life by getting a job or hobby or SOMETHING other than just lounging around all day. Eating nutritious portioned foods several times a day. And upping your activity level and killing some of that free time with some responsibility in your life. You don't have a psychiatric food disorder. You have a shitty lifestyle you need to work on disorder (lol)
Lol that you think she’s ever starved herself or stuck to a wacky diet more than a few hours. Totally agree about her main problem being having nothing to do but eat. She has made food and eating the focus for so long there’s nothing else in her life left but food. She’s even eating herself out of being a bar slut.
She tries to fill up her empty life with food and that’s why she’s such a miserable bitch.
