The problem is that Arin isn't a speed runner. If Arin fucks up simple mechanics in Legend of Zelda games, what chance is he gonna have using actual strategy and skill to speed run it?

This is what made me suspicious. Perhaps she has through her ongoing training and social connections access to horses and the charity is just paying her salary so she can just do that.

I mean ok she's helping people but it's not quite an actual charity in that case. I might try to see if it's an actual registered charity with proper tax ID number, because these things are what's going to make sure it is accountable for proving the funds are going to the proper place.

Arin takes a knee to women in his life, and his relationship (as well as pre-relationship) with Suzy is a big clue to that, as a result of him willing to play it fast and loose with morals given he's doing it to someone else's benefit that he serves, it is plausible that it's a charity in name only and is really just a dba (doing business as) that lets her not work an actual job while she does a newage therapy session she may also collect a fee for.

Do note, I'm not interested in harming her charity or bringing too much light to it, but it would be interesting to note that it is probable Arin is too much of a bitch to even see that it actually is a charity before collecting his fan's money.

Just watching some of these This is How You Don't Play videos, they really are delightful. Arin has the memory of a lobotomized goldfish, repeatedly reads aloud where the game tells him what he's supposed to do next, comments on it or cracks a joke (well, "joke") about it, and then starts wandering around asking "what the hell am I supposed to do here?"

Oh, they finally got Al on. I forget which ep it was, but they brought up tweeting him to get him on Guest Grumps and Arin wouldn't stop talking about how big he thought Al's dick was. It was joking, but Danny commented that it would be weird after that.

It's the eternal trend. Someone gets noticed by doing something people like, it may be a bit on the edgy side, but people really like it. But once they get big enough, and they start earning money, they start imagining they can be something they ain't, that they're too good for an online following and need to make it in the real world by becoming megabig and a household name, and to do this, they move to LA, live inside the LA creative bubble, hang around some of the fakest, most hollow people imaginable. Then they seek to actively alienate their audience and even friends; many of who have been there since the beginning to appeal to imaginary people who'd never like their stuff anyway. Jon was always the funnier of the two.

It's just like Maddox, the very first e-celeb. Cucked himself to appeal to people who would never like his stuff anyway and fucked over people he worked with and was friends with, and now is on the verge of Bankrupcy, owes the federal government money, is about to be legally raped by ill-advised legal action, lost anyone in the beginning who might have considered him a friend (And they're all doing better than him), and now no one knows who the hell he is.

Just like Erin will be. He's going down that path.

What is Arin's obsession with dicks?

And I sure hope Weird Al didn't see that episode in question; because he (Arin) would likely have shot himself in the foot at getting Al to guest star again at future dates after that.

He was/is drinking on cam? that is pretty big since he has been pretty vocal on being anti alcohol. He said he had a maitai in Hawaii knce, but that was it.

I'm not defending Arin but I think you'd have to do a lot more than imply that Weird Al is packing serious heat to weird him out and get him to not come on your show.

The charity stuff is intriguing to me. I remember their first (or one of their first) charity streams also going to that horse thing Arin's mum runs. I'm not saying it's illegal or even immoral because they've always been pretty open and honest where the money is going but it's still kinda interesting.

Apparently they have/used to have a business renting out stalls before (archive) so they've always had horses but I couldn't really find any reviews/opinions on the charity (except testimony on their own website) itself. Not too strange if it's very small and local but, and maybe I'm just internet cynical, something feels off.

huh I quess all those people saying that arin isn't as bad as people say that its just a character I watched his kh1 playthrough and he wasn't that mad or bad at it at least from what I saw now if its true that means we just need to convince arin to actually be himself on the main grump channel then again he did say he said kh was ok as opposed to I think outright hating ocarina so maybe in context but it still gives me hope

Arin always tends to come off more mellow when he's playing games he loves/likes. He likes this game, so his mellow tone is expected.

If he were to treat every game as fairly as he played this one; then I'd be impressed. But, that's not likely to happen.

One thing i found pretty funny about the game grumps this is how you don't videos and dsp's is the like ratio when it comes to the comments that pop up.

The comments in dsp videos have a ton of likes/upvotes verses the game grumps ones where they have a low amount of likes or even a ton of downvotes.

This says more about the grump fanbase than arin himself tho

KH pretty much tells you where to go, Arin beat it before, and they played on Normal mode.
