Phil went on a rant for Machinema again

Lets recap what happened last night

"Some people saw my tweet last night and saying that I laughed at Machinema's misfortune, that is blantant lies and insult. No I did not do that. Any time a company disband it's a sad thing, sad to for people to lose jobs.

Im glad I still have the best job of the world, and I outlast a lot of companies that looked down to me and humiliated me in the past. The ONLY reasons that I'm still working here is because of 2 reasons:

Number 1 MY HARD WORK, number 2 YOUR CONTINUOUS SUPPORT

I did not laugh at Machinema, I may appear to sound like I was happy but that was because I was happy for myself to outlast this toxic company and still here with you guys, I was not happy for people to lose their jobs, that's FUCKED UP, but there are those braindead detractors going on twitter and social media to spin what I say and took my words out of context.

He just talked about I think super best friends(was only half listening) spliting up and how it was a bummer despite never watching them and them making fun of him before even though he’s never made fun of them, I guess that’s a big no no.

Anybody got the link to Ijustine shitting on our boy dave so I can get the full kantext of when he said she was getting gangbanged by EA or whatever

For the uninitiated what Phil is doing here (inelegantly) is linking two unrelated events, and when he says that he's not laughing at Machinima's demise (which in and of itself is a misinterpretation, because they were acquired) you can point to this and say that he's lying. What he wants to imply is that Machinima's fate was in some way connected to their dropping him. He is gloating, and he's doing so completely because he talked shit and they hit back.

Post hoc ergo propter hoc is a fallacy when you're intelligent, Phil. Someone like you ought to stay away from it in the same way a toddler is kept away from matches.

Actually, they did make fun of him. Matt and Woolie made fun of the guy while being on a podcast and then they poked fun at him in a few videos here and there (one example being the MGS Revengence video). But all this shit was a loooooooooooooooooooooong time ago and Phill is still salty about it.

WHAT CONTEXT, PHILLIP. Jeezus, he is such an enormous asshole lol. It was a tweet. A single one, not a long thread. People literally were sharing the tweet, exactly as written. What context outside of that exists?? Goddamn, I don't know why this triggers me so much, but it is already fucking annoying enough to hear him always pussy out and go to the 'out of context' meme when detractors have shown literal straight, unedited videos of him saying something, and even moreso with this tweet because it is a straight, singular statement. There is zero context from which it could be removed even if you WANTED to in order to make him look bad! Smh fuck off, Dark haha

It's the same old song and dance with Phil. When he's with a person or a company, he loves them and they love him! They make him money or give him protection whenever he gets himself into trouble so Phil is pleased he doesn't have to actually do anything. Eventually, the relationship sours (usually relating to money, which Phil holds more sacred than life itself) and Phil takes pot shots at them on stream and social media. The inevitable breakup occurs, but it was totally mutual so he's not going to talk about it (i.e. his ego is bruised at getting dumped so he needs time to get over it and come up with a story). Phil makes sure to mention though that they told him personally, that while they absolutely love him and his content, and assure him he did nothing wrong, they have to move on because of the detractors causing problems. The next time someone asks Phil about what happened, he reveals that there were things going on "behind the scenes" that he can finally talk about. Turns out, the breakup wasn't mutual, the other side WRONGED HIM. We never get an explanation of how they did so, so you just have to take his word for it. He then holds the grudge for the rest of time. Seriously, this guy is still bringing up fucking Blip dropping him for his Space Nazi rant, and that happened a decade ago. Then again, this is the same person still clinging onto a 4th place finish at EVO from 2005, so it shouldn't be too surprising. It's happened numerous times over the years: the entire FGC, Blip, Rambo and Howard, Leanna, Machinima, Curse, YouTube, Twitch (when he first left them), the chair companies, Tolomeo, Kat in a couple years, etc.. When everybody you know turns their back on you, maybe you're the problem.

Right, I’m saying he made a big deal that they made fun of him despite him never doing it to them, even though he’s insulted people plenty of times that have never bad mouthed him. It’s okay when he insults someone but if someone insults him they are meanies and he’s even interacted with them, they WRONGED Him!

No, he didn't say it like that; he actually was pretty respectful about it, specifically mentioning TotalBiscuit not being around anymore is due to him getting sick and passing away, not because he wasn't popular/succesful anymore:
