And he probably missed Dark Souls today (he's convinced this is a cash cow game for some reason) because he's an alcoholic and nursing a hangover again.

Why did he not just call whatever company he needed to clear the "fraud" up with it would have taken about 10 minutes over the phone Vs. "Hours" with online chat. I am in the camp that this is made up because somebody stayed up to late hitting the bottle due to his depression from low "interactivity" yesterday.
He is also unprepared for his 10 year Beggacy Retrospective Part 2 and doesn't want to get caught watching some of his videos without knowing what they contain.

It is made up. DSP is either lying or he fell for a phishing scam and he just gave Pajeet Street-Shitter a bunch of his info and he’s gonna be really upset later. If there’s a fraud alert, you don’t clear it up in chat. You do it over the phone.

At least in my experience, maybe banks and credit card companies have lightened up in recent years. I’ve always gotten phone calls when something shady happened.

This, imo, is the more likely option. It's pretty well-known that his Patron-driven events don't have the highest participation, and it's not like he's going to put any legwork in to find videos to watch that he wants to see.

It's been discussed. Subs can't be charged back according to Twitch, iirc.

ETA: even if it were, no one would be contacting Phil nor would they be permitted to involve him. It'd be between Twitch, Emerald Seven and his/her bank. Not to say that Phil wouldn't be shitting bricks at Twitch trying to get them to give him the money anyway but I'd imagine even with his supposed clout it'd be a very short conversation.
