I did some research and it would appear that she didn't come out of the factory looking like that. She had large natural breasts(0) that became unwieldly over time(1). Some fetishists like breasts like that, but I think she's a dancer and they must be a pain to do that with. She appears to have had some type of perking-up surgery that created a weird intentional effect(2,3), that slowly became unintentionally weird as she lost body fat and aged rapidly (as the industry tends to do). Nowadays she seems to try to keep her bra on as much as possible for the promos(4). She also does some fitness stuff, which probably doesn't help regarding body fat levels.

While it's a bad boob job regardless, it looks like keloids are to blame for the odd scarring on the first girl.
