Unless the character has pairs of balls planted on her chin the entire game, it seems unlikely. I don't know anything about that game, though.

I'm sure there's no proof of claim that Chloe Price is based on Zoe Quinn. That's just like Zoe Quinn thinks the character Ashe from Overwatch is designed after her, and one of the character portraits in the Shadowrun Returns series is designed after her.

I saw that video last night. I was only partially familiar with that game - if it's true that the canonical ending involves

allowing an entire small city of thousands of people to be wiped out by a natural disaster in order to resurrect your edgi stoner literal-blue-hair girlfriend

then I guess I'll join the alt-right in lamenting the downfall of western literary tradition. That being said, it looked like in that book, they were almost allowing the PC to feel some regrets about it.

Here's an idea: If you want to make a video game/comic book about zomg quirky teenage lesbians, why not make one where they're actually likable characters we can root for?

There's tangential characteristics that you could draw comparisons to, but the devs don't suck on Chelsea's every word and she's never made a significant claim to the character(probably because Ashley Burch is competition as a female in the industry, and the name Chloe leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth after the mental breakdown during GG and later self-immolation).
