One thing that made me smirk is the video is all Bob patting himself and his friends on the back while saying it's good to have a charity stream that wasn't about promoting gaming and the personalities over the charity.

One thing I noticed is that outside of John Romero and maybe Cortez, everyone he lists is in the clique. Jim Sterling, Lindsey Elise, HBomberGuy, they are all friends, and people like Linkara and Mara Wilson have nothing at all to do with gaming. Bob says the stream was talked about everywhere but I've only heard of it from lolcows who lean far-left.

I've seen her name and face appear in my YouTube recommendations from the usual political spergs like Sargon of Akkad, and seen her name dropped by various cows, but I never bothered to look into her because I have limited space in my brain and have no interest in filling it with some attention seeking cunt who's only claim to fame appears to be "was wrong on the internet and far-lefty types like her". I also have to question how this is the games culture he grew up with. Charity streaming wasn't around until 2008. AGDQ started in 2010. So either Bob is lying or the exhaustion has effected his memory.

One final thought. Bob said he had another video ready to go but decided to rush out this video because it's topical. He says this seemingly unscripted ramble too him 2 days to produce. Why? It's not like this was something that needed a lot of research. 90% of the video is clips from the stream and his ugly mug put through a penalization filter so it's not like that too a long time. The editing was just cutting out some mid sentence pauses.

She's young, brash, pretty, radically on the left (by American standards), and generally a total ignoramus. Mocked by the right, championed by the left and given glowing coverage by the media. She's very social media savvy, which is one reason (maybe the main reason) she's so popular right now.

I think it's telling that even in your description you don't explain what her political position is. I'm not asking for it to be explained, I could look it up if I really cared. My point is it's so far down the list of things she's known for it doesn't come up. Why doesn't Bob (or anyone who name drops her) explain it? In the video Bob makes a big deal about her calling into the stream. But he never explains why it's a big deal beyond "politician talking about video games". It's like when he talks about Black Panther and how important it is but never articulates a point beyond "there black people in it".
