oh i thought this was about something else.
They had a falling out because Jirard wanted more money from the split the two had already and when greg said no Jirard basically fired him and went on with life

One thing is to ignore Jon entirely but another is to straight up gaslight him out of existence. I guess keeping "the game grumps brand" clean is all that matters to them.

The idea of erasing a person out of history because they said something politically incorrect is insanely creepy to me. Jon was a founding member and is half the reason why GG got big in the first place. It's super disrespectful to him and his time on the show

i hope your joking cause if not I hope you still feel that way when you and your hero arin are being censored because the thing about whats problematic or not depends on the people in charge right now democrats and sjw are in charge or whats moral or not but as with everything that will change.

back on subject, there was a stream were a donor said something about his mother and Arin responded "I hate you and I hate your mother", followed by akward silence; does anybody remember which was it?

might have been the kingdom hearts stream he did for his mothers charity only one I can think of where his mother would be mentioned other then that you might want to try either rant grump or asking around. might even be worth it to look on youtube for that specific clip if someone thought it was important enough of a moment to someone

At this point it's just to watch them playing video games while sometimes seeing them getting mad at video games. They probably only got the appeal for being the most well known Let's Players though.

Got a source on this? I do know that Jirard and Greg had a falling relationship but this is news to me.

Immediately after he goes into a huge spergout about how everything about the game is "fucking awful" and uses it to justify why he told a kid who just gave him money that he hates their mom.

I wonder if it butthurt that Jon get more views on his video then Arin does with the Game Grumps video. Jon newest video already has 2.3m views in one day while the game grumps videos barely get more then a half of a million views with the Weird Al crossover being the only one that got more then a million views this week.

Different expectations tbh, jon uploads one video and it gets 2.3 million views because its jontron and his upload schedule is non existent.
Arin uploads multiple videos a week that get around 300-500k views a week so they both probably see the same success even if the base numbers are different
