Bad Plastic Surgery - all the pics

It looks like Sophia just got a simple face lift, and maybe botox in the forehead. She looks refreshed and smoother, not changed.

I think that’s pretty mild compared to what many do, plumping cheeks with fillers, doing unnatural shapes with lips, getting numerous nose jobs, eyelifts. Sophia had whatever she had done in her 20s and left it that way until she hit 70. You can’t blame somebody who gets one facelift in their life, and botox is like mascara now.

I think she looks great for 80. It’s time to drop the 1965 wing liner -it’s not the way it’s done now and definitely is aging. Aside from that, I don’t even see many makeup errors. She’s overdrawing her lips, which is common, and washes right off - it doesn’t look like fillers. She’s just old like all of us will hopefully be, and a fine looking old woman she is.

This young Russian gentleman had oil injected into his arms, I believe. It's a shame, because his bloated arms make his weak facial structure look even more juvenile. A chin implant and removal of his bicep breasts would dramatically improve his appearance.

And a better, less severe haircut that didn't draw instant attention to his face.

For anyone not knowing about this, its called synthol/santol. Some people inject it themselves. Google it, there are really some funny pics.

synthol is for men what grotesque XL breast implants are for women.
this is moustafa ismail, an egyptian who synthol'd his way to the biggest arms on the planet:

Fuck I saw a 40 year-old guy with synthol pecs and biceps in my hometown a while ago. As bad as it looks in pictures i can tell you it looks even fucking worse irl.

Wouldn't those just burst or pop or something if you tried to lift something really heavy?
They do, some dudes use synthol along with strength training. There was a documentary a decade back on a bodybuilder who did this shit and his biceps ruptured, it's called the Man Whose Arms Exploded.

Why is that a thing? Is it a fetish? Body dysmorphia? I really don't understand it. Do they start out as normal guys who lift weights and then they get worse, or what?

Hypermuscle is definitely a fetish but afaik the guys injecting shit into their arms are mostly just bodybuilders who developed dysmorphia
alternately they could have just realized they're too lazy to bodybuild properly and just got synthol as a quick shortcute to being swole, but I feel like the people doing that would not go the "looks like I have breast implants in my arms" route. It's really obvious when people inject so ppl who do it dishonestly would have to be more subtle I think

lol on the topic of the Olsen Twins, a magazine recently got into a load of trouble for saying they "aged like bananas" because they were white.

I mean they don't look that bad. I wonder if it's just because everyone's mental image of the Olsen Twins is them as teenagers so we automatically go "wow she's aged" when we see them?

For 30 year olds, they look age appropriate tbh. They don't look younger than 30 but I wouldn't say they look much older than 30.

I find it interesting there's so much crossover between "celebrities with drug habits" and "celebrities who've had terrible cosmetic surgery."
The Olsen twins were always creepy looking.

yes that is it
some lifters call it 'bigorexia' - the more they lift and the bigger they get, the more they notice their flaws and inadequacies, and they always feel like they're still skinny and weak.
first this just leads to more training and dieting, then it leads to steroid abuse, and for some it ends with synthol injections, though this is still a very rare thing

Yup, it's like anorexia except incredibly gay.

One of our own cows appears now to be eligible for this thread. Momokun had previously received weight loss surgery on her stomach area while leaving her weight on her hips and thighs in order to maintain idiotic "thicc" proportions while not having a gut, but her taste for overeating has continued, and now the tightened waist has been stretched so far that the weight is unnaturally distributing on either side of it like she's wearing a corset of skin. NSFW link.

We can't talk about Momo without mentioning the abs she got sculpted into her fat with lipo. The amount of effort she puts into appearing thick and fit while being obviously obese is astonishing.
