A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

https://www.dw.com/en/german-insurer-must-pay-for-transgender-beard-removal/a-47266611

German court rules that making trannies looking as beautiful as possible is a human right.

A German court ruled on Monday that a public health insurance company must pay for transsexual customers to have their beard hair removed, even if it is done by a beautician.

The case related to a woman from Hanover who was born a man in 1972 and who had been certified transsexual by a doctor in 2015. The court found heavy beard growth had caused the plaintiff difficulties in coping. Her beard growth required her to shave again each afternoon and then apply camouflaging make-up.

Hair removal treatment from a dermatologist had given the patient skin inflammation, the court found, but similar treatment from a trained cosmetician did not cause any skin reaction. The woman's health insurance company refused to pay for the treatment unless it was performed by a doctor.

The court ruled that this treatment, although not performed by a doctor, should still be covered by health insurance given the side effects of the dermatologist treatment.

The verdict followed an earlier ruling by the Federal Administrative Court that health insurance companies must pay for treatment that helps reduce psychological suffering for transsexual people during their transition and allow them to achieve the appearance of their target gender.

The treatment in question involves inserting a tiny needle into hair follicles and pulsing electricity through it, permanently destroying the hair-growth cells. The technique requires a skilled operator, and even then can take years of treatment sessions to fully remove male facial hair.

Troons love kicking women's asses at roller derby, and acting far more aggressively than female players.

But I don't feel that bad for them, honestly, roller derby girls have pretty much accepted the trans invasion with open arms. It's the "sport" for women who feel like inclusivity is everything. I wonder how many people will attend their matches or fund the teams when it's just a bunch of ugly men in makeup skating around a rink with big, muscular legs.

Actually I seem to remember some drama around roller derby and some players who didn't want to play against trannies and were subsequently kicked from their league despite showcasing evidence that the trannies objectively hurt them more and weighed way more than the average female player. It had photos of injuries iirc. I'll see if I can find it.

No they don't. They don't have to troon out either. They're not being rounded up and forcibly sterilized. That is just troon bullshit.

Yeah, Pinknews is not going to give an accurate account of anything going on in the world. They are gonna spin every story how the lolcow trannies would. Lolcow trannies are their target audience.

Someone I know who used to play roller derby had an Andre the Giant looking troon join their league and basically cause everyone to either kiss his ass and take a beating or just up and quit. Bonus points because the dude also had a basket-weaving degree in gender studies from some pozzed school and liked to browbeat anyone that wasn't totally on board with a 6ft4 250lb man playing a retarded game of physical contact on skates, popular with women and exceptional people.

Wonder if Rhys has ever taken a crack at derby...

San Francisco now has a historic tranny district.

I'm not even joking

https://www.npr.org/2019/01/28/6877...ransgender-community-now-has-an-official-home

The most common sound in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood these days is the sound of construction. New cafes, condos and experimental art spaces are popping up in a neighborhood once flush with gay bathhouses and bars.

But with the cost of living in San Francisco becoming increasingly out of control, the city is at risk of losing the storied transgender community that has long called the Tenderloin its home.

The city is looking to cultural districts as a possible solution to this problem. Traditionally, these districts — zoned areas within specific neighborhoods — have existed to stimulate economic development in neighborhoods with a distinct heritage or history, like the Filipino enclave in the South of Market Neighborhood, or the Latino area around 24th street in The Mission.

Americans for the Arts, says most of the country's cultural districts focus on highlighting local culture and history to attract crowds.

"These cultural districts really drive a lot of economic development for their area, which can be a really big benefit when those areas are trying to revitalize," Harper says.

But in expensive cities like San Francisco, cultural districts are also about tempering some of that revitalization.

"They need to be really able to serve the members of those communities," says Brian Cheu, who oversees cultural districts as the director of community development at San Francisco's Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development.

San Francisco voters recently passed a ballot measure allocating several million dollars in annual funding for the city's cultural districts, which Cheu says will be used to benefit long-standing residents, rather than newcomers and tourists.

"Like focusing on those small businesses, where the owners come from that community, where the employees come from that community," Cheu says. "That's the next step which we really want to focus on."

The Compton's Transgender Cultural District plans to break ground on a new community center with a small business incubator in the coming months. And there's talk of acquiring real estate to help keep the neighborhood affordable.

Honey Mahogany isn't entirely opposed to gentrification, as long as it doesn't push residents out. She says people in the Tenderloin deserve clean streets and warm homes; even good coffee and fine art.

"If we're not fighting to provide economic opportunities for our community, and if we're not fighting to improve our neighborhood, I'm not sure what we're fighting for," Mahogany says.

It's a fight that transgender people in this neighborhood started more than 50 years ago at the Compton's Cafeteria, and one which Mahogany said is still being fought today.

Now San Francisco has created the nation's first official transgender cultural district to keep gentrification in check.

How the fuck is that supposed to work? Invite enough Jonathan Yanivs and everyone will leave town?

Same story here, but the police have doubled down now:

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/01/24/man-investigated-police-retweeting-transgender-limerick/

So basically liking tweets upsets trannies, and the police are obliged to investigate.

Also this is 100% Islamic content, because the Muslim policeman has been on a course which essentially states the ideology of the Islamic state of Iran as fact.

Redoubling today

https://www.humberside.police.uk/news/why-police-investigate-hate-incidents

Official police 'don't offend trannies statement' follows from Assistant Chief (man) Cuntstable Scott Young

“Following media coverage over the last few days, I want to take this opportunity to provide some clarity around why the police investigate hate incidents.

“Hate incidents can cause extreme distress to victims and communities, some of whom are incredibly vulnerable members of our society. A hate incident is recorded as such if the victim perceives the actions taken to be wholly, or partially, motivated by hostility or prejudice.

“This relates to any actions, whether spoken or written, around race, religion, sexual orientation, disability and transgender.

“We, and all forces, follow College of Policing guidance in relation to handling reports of hate incidents, which can often be a precursor and can escalate to more serious crimes and we, as the police, have a responsibility to prevent crime.

“In this case, there were more than 30 tweets reported to us of a transphobic nature, not just a liked or retweeted limerick as some reports have suggested.

“This isn’t a case of the ‘police controlling people’s thoughts’. The actions taken by the individual and his comments made around transgender caused someone distress. We take all reports of hate related incidents seriously and aim to ensure they do not escalate into anything further.

“The correct decision was made to record the report as a hate incident (as opposed to a hate crime in which a full investigation would have followed), and to proportionately progress by making contact with the individual concerned to discuss the actions taken on social media.

“There is evidence to show hate related incidents are already under reported with people feeling they won’t be taken seriously and not having confidence in the police.

“I want to offer my reassurance that we will always take reports of this nature seriously, and as with this case, take proportionate action.”

How the fuck is that supposed to work? Invite enough Jonathan Yanivs and everyone will leave town?

What, so they want their district to be a homeless-infested shithole or what?

What does 'keeping gentrification in check' actually mean, exactly?

Except for the guy who got an axe to the face.

uh, to be clear the troon attacked THREE people with an axe.

"Amati, 26, has pleaded not guilty to wounding customers Benjamin Rimmer and Sharon Hacker with intent to murder at a Sydney 7-Eleven store and attempting to wound pedestrian Shane Redwood with intent to murder"

"She said she’d fallen into a “depressive episode” after she cut short a Tinder date believing the woman rejected her because she was transgender."

He literally tried to murder three people because the woman wouldn't accept him as a true & honest lesbian.

"Mr McMahon said the axe blow broke Mr Rimmer's eye socket, cheek bone and caused a 10cm wound from the bridge of his nose to the left eyelid, and "the force knocks him to the ground"."

"To this day, Ms Hacker says she has nerve pain and cannot sleep, sit or stand for longer than a couple of hours."

Ms Hacker suffered "a fracture to the base of the skull"
