A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

"Mr McMahon said the axe blow broke Mr Rimmer's eye socket, cheek bone and caused a 10cm wound from the bridge of his nose to the left eyelid, and "the force knocks him to the ground"."

9 years for this. Probably out in exactly 4 & 1/2. Not sure if there's any civil case in the works because the odds on the troon having any cash are next to nothing.

San Francisco now has a historic tranny district.

I'm not even joking

Now San Francisco has created the nation's first official transgender cultural district to keep gentrification in check.

How the fuck is that supposed to work? Invite enough Jonathan Yanivs and everyone will leave town?

What are we gonna do with that district after all the residents eventually kill themselves?

Dr. Tuvel was, of course, welcomed with open arms by a loving communi-- Hahahaha no, they turned on her like a pack of rabid wolves and tried to destroy her career for even suggesting that the two situations were comparable, but didn't bother to offer any actual arguments beyond "They're just different, okay?"

No they're not, they are the exact same thing. The clinics catering to those seeking "racial modification" surgeries use the exact same language as gender clinics that cater to troons. That should be your first indication that it's the exact same thing:

I know that attacking people with an axe is wrong but hormones can cause mood swings like you've never seen before. Maybe her estrogen was too high and she was just so hurt and emotional that she had to hurt others. Either way, I'm praying for everyone involved.

Motherfucking "hormones" isn't a reason to murder people and if you're trying to excuse this because a troon did it that makes you a cunt.

No defence of 'hormones can cause mood swings' was entered. And if you're telling me that cross hormones cause axe attacks, then all transitioning troons should be gassed immediately.

C’mon guys this is becoming obvious that it’s bait.

A prominent lesbian lawyer who identifies as a 'radical feminist' has claimed that transgender activism and ideology is actually a 'men's rights movement'.

Lawyer Kara Dansky, a spokeswoman for the Women's Liberation Front (WoLF), condemned the transgender rights movement on Monday.

'This is a men's rights movement, this is really a men's rights movement,' Dansky declared as she spoke at the Heritage Foundation, a conservative public policy think tank, in Washington DC.

Hacsi Horvath, who once identified as transgender and presented as a woman for several years, claimed that women have been 'overwhelmingly' resisting transgender activism.

'It's really shocking how many men on the internet are defending the whole trans thing,' Horvath, another speaker on the Heritage panel, said.

'This is a men's rights movement, this is really a men's rights movement,' Dansky declared as she spoke at the Heritage Foundation, a conservative public policy think tank, on Monday
'Straight men are all about the trans, and you have to wonder what the heck is going on.'

Hovarth said he refused to use transgender people's chosen pronouns, saying he doesn't 'play along' with it.

'I don't say transwoman, I don't say she, her [when speaking about a male],' he said. 'I don't care if it hurts their feelings. This is reality and it gaslights everybody else.'

Dansky specifically denounced the Equality Act, which aims to ban anti-LGBT discrimination in the likes of employment, housing, and education, among other services, as she spoke on Monday.

The Equality Act would specifically add both sexual orientation and gender identity to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which currently bans discrimination on race, color, sex, religion, or national origin.

Rep Nancy Pelosi has stated that passing the act will be a priority in the Democrat-controlled House this year.

Dansky spoke specifically of her belief that the term 'gender identity' would cause women's rights to 'utterly disappear'.

WoLF sued the Obama administration in 2016 after it issued a recommendation stating that Title IX protected the rights of transgender students to use restrooms that match the gender they identify with.

Under Title IX, schools that receive federal funding cannot discriminate on the basis of sex. The Obama administration ruled that sex also includes 'gender identity'.

Dansky claims this was an 'unmitigated disaster' for women and girls and would mean they 'no longer exist as a coherent category worthy of civil rights protection'.

'Title IX's intention is specifically to protect women and girls in the educational arena,' she said.

'Feminists and other women fought very hard to get Title IX enacted into law in 1972. It's specifically to protect women and girls.'

'If sex is construed to mean "gender identity", what that means is nearly all sex-segregated spaces - colleges, sports, dormitories - and women's rights in general will utterly disappear,' she claimed.

'It is not possible to both enshrine gender identity in civil rights law and protect women and girls as a distinct legal category.'

WoLF received a $15,000 donation in support of the lawsuit against the Obama administration from the Alliance Defending Freedom, which has been classified as an anti-LGBT hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The case was dismissed after the Trump administration rescinded the protections for transgender students.

Monday's panel also featured Julia Beck, a lesbian who claimed she had been kicked off Baltimore's LGBTQ commission for 'stating biological facts'.

Beck was removed from the commission because she used male pronouns while referring to a transgender woman.

'I got kicked off the Baltimore mayor's LGBTQ commission - as the only lesbian - simply for stating biological facts,' she said.

'I was found guilty of "violence". My crime? Using male pronouns to talk about a convicted male rapist who identifies as transgender and prefers female pronouns.'

Beck said she was removed from the commission after referring to Karen White, a British transgender woman who was convicted for raping two female inmates after she was moved to a woman's jail, as a 'he'
Beck appears to be referring to the case of British transgender woman Karen White, who was sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to raping two female inmates after she was transferred to a woman's jail due to her declared gender change.

'It doesn't matter that he sexually assaulted two women in a women's prison after being transferred there on account of his "gender identity"', Beck said.

'Oh no, it is far more criminal for me to call a male rapist "he" than it is for him to rape.'

Beck also hit out at the president of the Baltimore Transgender Alliance, a transgender woman that she repeatedly referred to as a 'man'.

'The man who led my inquisition also identifies as "transgender,"' she said mockingly.

'He is the president of the Baltimore Transgender Alliance and claims to be a lesbian. I find that almost funny because everything he does makes life for women, girls, and lesbians worse.'

'The meeting made one thing crystal clear: Inclusivity means all voices are welcome, except women's, except lesbians,' she claimed. 'Everything is about the T now, entirely eclipsing the L, G, and B.'

'The T is diametrically opposed to the first three letters in the acronym, and especially to the L.'
